I became mastered to make this dish.we all loved this dish.its a good reminder,thanks after she had Alzheimer's I never made this dish.she is no more with us, I will try to make it again.

Not sure if you've gotten your answer yet but it's the same premise as lamb/beef/pork mince! Just super finely chopped chicken meat :)
