The best thing about your recipes is that they work! You are so accurate & thorough with the ingredients & steps, that there’s no room to fail. I have tried many of your recipes & I have not had 1 disaster, they all work & taste amazing. I also appreciate that you keep in mind that your viewers are from all over the world & provide your ingredients by weight & explain certain ingredients & oven settings/temperatures (I’m from Australia), it just makes recreating your recipes much easier. Thank you for all the effort & work you put into your channel & content.
Great recipe. I’ve just finished my evening meal of stuffed peppers, using this recipe. I have only one complaint. How could you create a recipe so delicious that I can’t resist going back for second helpings ❤️😂❤️
Definitely will be trying the stuffed pepper recipe. I am of Greek background. I love the Mediterranean cuisine. Spanish, Italian and Greek. ETC. Thank you for sharing. Your talented cooking recipes. Christina 😊
Wow, just made this for dinner and it was delicious. I’ve made 5 or 6 of your recipes in the last week and a half and they are all easy and fantastically flavorful. THANK YOU!!!
Wow, and at 70 yrs young, I can still learn new cooking techniques. Par-boiling peppers instead of cooking them till their mush? Very cool. And egg topping to hold it in. Even better. How can you stay in such superb shape with all the great foods you cook? I love to watch and try nearly every item you fix. Just not paella yet. Not brave enough. I watched it done in Spain a few times, (oinked out on it!) but it takes a pro to do it well.
That looks amazing! I wouldn't have thought to add an egg glaze, but I can totally see how it would keep them moist, as well as adding some more protein. I must try this! 😊
I'm using the f-word- fabulous!!! Thanks for new techniques to give stuffed peppers punch. I see additions of manchego, chorizo, arvejas, whatever to please your tastes. Good job!!! Saludos desde Montevideo, Uruguay.
G’day from Adelaide south Australia 🇦🇺 this dish is on tonight’s menu along with your rosemary bread rolls, can’t wait 😛 I’ll let you know what we thought once our bellies are full. Thank you spain on a fork! ❤️
Just made this and it was fantastic. Truly has crazy amount of flavor with simple ingredients. The stuffing was good it was hard to not eat it all before it made it into the peppers
Albert: I have had them LIKE this, but NOT exactly THIS way. A bit fussy for me... so how's this? This time (and everyone here will agree), _dinner at YOUR place !!!_ These have to be absolutely delicious! Thanks again! (Fan from San Francisco, California.) *!!~
We had this last night. I loved it! Kids (actually daughter & husband) prefer meat stuffed peppers, but I thought these had great flavor and are far more healthy for you! Packed them in husband's lunch for today, can't wait to see how he likes it! Truly good flavors!
Thank you for your channel. I follow a whole food plant-based lifestyle and knew nothing about Spanish cuisine until I found your channel, fantastic! PS I follow your recipes minus the animal products and the oils (and paprika, which I don't like) and they taste just as good!
Try to not cook with tinfoil touching your food. It leeches into your food and can lead to Alzheimer’s later in life because it passes the blood brain barrier.
Thank you for the recipe! I gave it a try today, bit I happened to underdo the peppers a bit and didn't season them enough, but we liked the stuffing rice so much that I had to make another batch of it!😜
This sounds amazing.. You have such a calming voice.. You could do meditation videos! (first time viewer.. your video popped up in my suggestions).. Glad I found you..
Bravo !! This was excellent .. you love the filling, can eat it without the pepper being stuffed ... I think im going to substitute a different bean to see how that goes. the garbanzos are delicious
Just made this, using risotto rice as it was the closest thing I could find. Came out super fantastic, some family even ate the green bit at the top they were enjoying it so much haha. The risotto rice is a bit thirstier for liquids, so might add a little more stock next time, but these were rally good, thanks for the recipes man :)
My taste buds were exploding throughout this video. I love the cut of the pepper which is what first drew me to this video yet it's the combination of contents that really blew me away. Can't wait to make it. The only problem I have is that now I'll have to add Spanish Paprika to the other 3 I types I alreay use. Who know this may become my favorite. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us.
Good day for you n sooooo yummy n delicious food its very wasy also to maje tqqqqq sooooo much for the awesome receipe n godbless u with good health 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👌👌👌

A feast for the eyes. I will be making this dish. This is only the 3rd video I have watched and already I am wondering if you are going to do a cookbook with lots of photos???
Hey Chef: Firstly a great dish ! Thanks for sharing the recipe. I have a question on the stuffing: Can we make the chickpea mix without the rice but add pre cooked rice to the chickpea mix later and then revert to the rest of the procedure you have outlined..... ?
How did you cook the rice thoroughly in so little time? You said 9 minutes in the pan and 10 in the oven, right? That doesn't seem like long enough, unless you were using parboiled rice. My grandma used to make stuffed peppers when I was a boy, but she skipped the garbanzos and added some ground beef.
Ok, thats interesting, I have in past pre cooked the peppers by putting in microwave oven for 10mins upside down. They often end up a bit soggy. Spanish peppers are yummy.
I’ve always made Italian stuffed peppers, and I cut the tops out and stand them up (you can fit much more in a baking dish that way, or even a cookie sheet). You really don’t lose much pepper at all cutting it this way. I never pre-soften my bell peppers. Instead when I bake them I add a bit of water to the bottom of the baking dish/cookie sheet and the steam from that softens/cooks the bell peppers perfectly. Seems like a pain to add an extra step doing it this way.
@@esrider7765 Just buy peppers that have solid bases to them. If you’re worried due to shaky hands/nerves, then you can always skip the cookie sheet idea and only use a casserole dish with sides to it. Then if a pepper tips in the slightest, it’s merely going to hit up against the pepper next to it and won’t fall over. My mom is the one who taught me how to make them and use water and such - she’s Italian, having been taught by her Italian fam how to cook etc, so it’s a tried and true method. P.S. I love putting a giant slice of cheese over the top of the hole, and it bakes beautifully. :)
The best thing about your recipes is that they work! You are so accurate & thorough with the ingredients & steps, that there’s no room to fail. I have tried many of your recipes & I have not had 1 disaster, they all work & taste amazing. He's using uncooked round rice, similar to short grain arborio rice, I've never used it and can only assume it cooks more quickly.
