Just hit 400k today! Thanks for watching and liking my videos. The written recipe is always linked in the description (it's the little "arrow" on mobile and a "show more" on desktop). In the description, you will also find my shop and other links with cookware/ingredients and all the other things you guys frequently ask about.
Well done.🥇 I'm a new fan, watching from Canada and loving your recipes. If you are looking for input and requests, I'd say that I'm interested in stovetop recipes and salads right now (August) as the weather is hot.
@@louisemcelhill5748 Welcome aboard… another “Canuck” - that makes two of us…. You should try his meatloaf, a definite family and crowd pleasure that will be a hit for sure. I am doing his lemon/caper pasta with seasoned bread crumbs tonight…. It is titled something like, “I am Obsessed with this CHEAP and EASY pasta dish”…..
Love how James tore away the plate to gobble the rest! I do really appreciate that you focus on tasty, but affordable ingredients and options for feeding a family. It is getting harder and harder to afford food across the nation these days - everyone is struggling. The dollar really has to stretch more and more. Thanks! Now I want to make this - I haven't had it for a long time.
Love to see a young kid enjoying these great Italian dishes. You can tell he appreciates that his Dad includes him in the tasting. Also enjoy watching him finish the dish. Great to see family in the kitchen, socializing and enjoying each other’s company.
Just sent my oldest son off to college and for his last homecooked meal he asked for your Chicken Piccata which I've made for our family numerous times. It made me proud that he requested it so thanks so much for your wonderful recipes that people really do enjoy. Mangia!!
I've fallen in love with all your recipes. I'm hoarding each one away in plans for the future. You cook like I do and I don't feel so intimidated to make more complex Italian dishes. You also are so carefree and relaxed. I listen/watch while I work. Thank you for sharing!
Been following and cooking along with you since you were 60k subs. Now you are 400k. Glad to see a guy who loves cooking for family and sharing it get noticed. Keep it up!
Oh my friend, you’re hitting me right in my heart with this one 💔! My late grandmother would make this every time I’d go and visit her in jersey. Delicious! Thank you 🙏!
Cubanelle and sweet chilling peppers are the best for this recipe! I don’t care for stuffed bell peppers - not the same flavor. Thank you for the great recipe! I wish every child had this quality of food!
I love everything about this channel. The relaxed way of cooking and measuring (thanks for the metrics), the recipes, how you prepare everything in advance and show it faster for us, the music and that your son and wife taste test at the end. Due to the ongoing heatwave over here in Europe (no one has ac's in their homes) I couldn't really cook for months now .But first thing I will try when it finally gets cooler is the Pasta alla Norcina. I already bought the pasta for it. 🤤And then I will try all the other recipes. ✨
These videos ALWAYS motivate me to get into my kitchen…And my favorite part of these videos is the taste testing part…That little boy tells it like it really is!
This is a great recipe! When I don't have enough peppers to stuff (meaning not enough everyone) I make a soup that is all the same ingredients and it is amazing. Love your ideas and your explanation of ingredients at the beginning of each recipe. Love the way James takes possession of that plate at the end. Thank you for this recipe!!
Made it-it was great! I love stuffed peppers and have several recipes. This will be my favorite going forward. Very easy too. I enjoyed them with a glass of wine. Nothing else needed as there is so much flavor and texture
I make and freeze these at the end of gardening season. We make our own Italian sausage twice a year. My Grandmother thought us how to make it. I’m 81 and have done this since I was a child. Our sausage always has the right amount of fat in it! You do us Italians proud! Your son is adorable 😊😊!
Delicious! Love your recipes simple and not over the top .. your keep it fun to watch, SIMPLE and afordable for family’s budgets 👏 i consider myself as a good cook and it fits my standards for homy dishes .. Merci de Montreal 😀
Grats on 400k. I've been watching your videos for quite a while now, and I've made a few of your recipes. They are always awesome. You deserve this growth.
cool variation from beef stuffed bell peppers for sure BUT the best part of the video is you with your son! Awesome! I plan on trying this also w/large hatch chilis
Another amazing recipe as always. I’m glad in these times where money is tight bc of the recession that you’re thinking about us making meals for under $5 a serving. Thank you sir 👍🏼
I love your channel! Since I discovered you and your amazing recipes it's really upped my game when it comes to making Italian dishes. I'd say at least once or twice a week I'm making something from your site. I always look forward to getting notified that you've uploaded a new one because I know it's going to be amazing, and I enjoy hearing your food tasters review. Congrats on hitting 400K, you've earned it!
Oh this is so exciting. My boyfriend LOVES stuffed peppers, and I'm always looking for new ways to make them! Cannot believe I never thought to use arborio rice. Cannot wait to try!
I think my new favorite part of the channel is that his kid is growing so fast from the good eating that now Jim has to fight for a bite of his own cooking :)
My son just said to me "Mom I want you to make stuffed peppers" and I said " I will make them for you and the recipe MUST be from Sip and Feast"!!! Always spot on with flavor!!! I can't wait to make this recipe for my son☺
Your Son, and you Rock, I love stuffed peppers, I usually use bell peppers, or pablanos, I will defiantly try the Italian peppers the next time around, Thanks for a nice recipe
I made this a few nights ago and it was one of the best things I've ever eaten. I'd never made stuffed peppers before of any kind and made a few rookie mistakes but it was still awesome. It's not only a keeper, it's going into the rotation!
I do a Fusion style Italian/Mexican stuffed pepper that me and my wife really love ... I use Anaheim Peppers which are somewhat spicy and fill it with homemade Italian Sausage , topped with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and cook it all in a few inches of chicken broth ... then when it's almost finished baking , I add halved cheery tomatoes and if we have them sun dried tomatoes ... they are incredibly delicious and are perfect without rice because we typically eat them with rigatoni noodles or something similar
I just made this recipe. It was definitely the best stuffed peppers I have ever made. I always had trouble getting a traditional green pepper tender. The cubanelles are perfect.
I love this channel !!!!! Think you explain everything really well and have done a few recipes from here. Lol everyone thought it was great and I did it on my own 😂👍
You have become the youtube chef I get half of my recipes from and I've recommended your channel to a few people now. They are so easy and delicious and I love the way you explain things in a way that doesn't grate on my nerves lol. In conclusion, you the best.
Great tip using the parchment paper before the foil to keep the cheese from sticking. My cheese has been sticking for years. I’ve got a drawer full of parchment paper. Why didn’t I think of that!

The smile on the dad's face when he gets a 9 out of 10 is gold. Always a treat feeding family.
I think the cook has a bias in favor of "the taste tester" :)

I've made a Pinterest board just for your recipes. I appreciate all the work you put in to your videos and love your easy, laid back personality.
I found his pasta fazool I changed it a little and I make it twice a month since I found it!! I use veggie stock and no pancetta delish
@@georgiaross6741 That's a great idea! Is the board public? I'd follow it.
He takes the mystery out of tri-state cooking
i love when the family comes for the taste critique. enjoying the content.
One of the best, if not THE best Italian cook on utube. My opinion.
