    Question for the next Q&A:
    How do you pick which exercises to do in a gym session? I struggle when it comes to the force-velocity curve and how to choose which exercises to do and how many for each category.

    Great vid matt. All these fascia giys think that technical ia more important than physical. Well theyre both just as important. Bc if ypur stiff as crap then ypu wont beable to do amything. Keep doing what your matt even if i dont use your workouts but this is quality 👌 👏

    Hey matt do u like the lateral flexion excercises in a early propulsive position where i am elevating my foot on a box/bech and where iam side bending my spine with a kb and can i also do it for speed like heavy weight at slow speed and light weight at fast speed and when doing it with light weight could i do like drop catches with kb like letting it fall and than catcht it for speed

      Absolute strength, non specific to football, is bench squat deadlift
