    Hey matt could i do 400 meter runs or intensity runs for conditioning runs and change of direction conditioning (short sprints/high intensity) in the same session after sprinting (speed blueprint) so adding two days of one week of ur conditioning blueprint in the 2nd month in the same session is it bad like is it possible to do this

    For a gym session how would u plan it like u do plyos then power, explosive, and etc , the order and what u would include in a gym session
