A very interesting video, indeed. Although, the problem with my location (Crete, Greece) is that there are just three or four good academies here, leading to only three players making it pro in the last decades. I'm on my local town's u14 (well, u12 since most of my previous teammates are in high school and have left the team) and the main team is in the 4th division (local), and sometimes 3rd. We barely have 15 members and the worst is that u12 is the oldest age group in the academies, not even u16, since the main team needs players. I'm a LW/CAM keen to play other positions (except striker) and I hope I can sometime make my dream true, even though it seems pretty unlikely.

if your son wants to go pro, find an academy that is based where you are, not one that comes from time to time (but still bring him there so that if he's good barca for example take him)

i cant seem to find a good team to develop in and my coaches dont really know what there doing. we are bottom of the worst league and i know i deserve to play in a better team. i have been stuck in the team being one of the best players with 23 assists half way through the season. can anyone give me any advise pls?

@@EnemelonsOfficial well you've gotta work hard cuz you're in a competition with children that started since they were 6 years old, also join a very good team soe you can improve fast, I mean fast as fuck, try complete training for like 2 years straight since you've never touched the ball before, and if you know anyone that is a beast in football in your area, follow him and learn everything you can. And I'll see you in the premier League
