    Thank you so much for your channel Holly! You are one of my biggest inspirations to start my journey of healing my relationship with food TODAY. You've really encouraged me and now I will be focusing a lot more on macros and nutrition than restricting. It will be difficult getting past that mental block, but I want to be a strong swimmer so I'm determined. Thank you so much!!

    Peanut butter, banana and protein smoothies with whatever milk you have- gets you about 450-500 cals which helps me hit my calorie goals, I’m like you I end up needing to eat an enormous evening meal and I can’t do it! X

    Hey Holly! love your videos! I have a garmin too and you should check to set up alerts for your heart rate zone that you are in while you are running, I use it all the time for my rowing :)

    Holly are you Running the Manchester marathon in April 16th this will be my 2ns Manchester marathon as last year in 2022 I had run 8 full marathons and 1 half marathon great north Run

    I had habachi today. I’m eating out too much. I stopped losing and gained cause I’m not eating healthy. I’m fed up.

    2100kcal honestly doesn't sound enough for training 6 times a week I hope you fuel more if your body is asking for it.

      It’s really impossible for you to know that without knowing my weight or height ☺️ also I’m working with a coach who it’s tracking my calories closely ☺️
