    How is reverse dieting? I tried keto, intermittent fasting and calorie counting and been stuck over two years I do binge time to time at night. I do not workout reguaraly. I am hoping to calorie count and be mindful and track my weight and be realistic. My goal weight is 160 to 170. I know I can do this, You have a nice body. Glad your sharing your journey and not into extreme dieting,

    Heyy if you dye your hair try olaplex treatment right after it and then do the keratine treatment for straight hair, it has been the best that has ever happened to me!
