    I love how much effort you put into accomplishing your goals. Such a good example that we need to make an effort and put in the work. Motivation is not gonna always be there.

    I found your channel a few weeks ago and have been binge watching your videos!! You have motivated me to get back into the groove of things (I've struggled my entire life, now 35, with disordered eating, yo-yo dieting and weight gain/loss). I absolutely love your content, hoping you come out with a Workout App sometime in the future!! I'm currently using Krissy Cela's, and it's super helpful to have instruction on sets, reps, rest times etc. I do have one question!!! What Cook book do you have on your Counter?! Do you use it often?

    I am not motivated im eating so much and not tracking and calorie counting and it’s not making me feel good. I want to lose weight and need to get real with myself. I’m starting over tonight and working towards cleaning up my eating and being proactive and productive and weighing myself more often and watching more fitness content and just doing what I need ti do ti lose weight

    Love following your journey as a hybrid athlete; I'm the same way! I love both lifting and running. Question: when you're training with Lucy in the near future, are you just training through the My Coach School app or in person with her? Can't wait to see either way!

    Hey, just curious, how did you decide 2000 cals were enough for the amount you exercise? Did you use a calculator or just estimate it? Do you think you’ll keep increasing? the amount you work out seems like it warrants more! X
