    I lost 4 kgs weight in 20 days I am happy 🤗 and ate all foods in small portions with walk and full body exercises lots of water ,low fat milk, extra virgen olive oil,coconut oil,brown rice,fruit, vegetables, chicken,fish, roasted chanay,lemon water,warm water,nuts and vacum breath exercise as well and no weakness 😋 thanks TH-cam I saw many videos on it and got good healthy food for our body types.16/8 diet is excellent it's working .

    Amazing way of explaining things. I was really confused about jogging or brisk walk but the real and most effective way is walk, Run fast then walk, keep repeating it for atleast 30 minutes. I'm getting the results with this method. Thanks sunny paaji I'm a big fan of urs

    I think he speaks this way for a reason because he even though he is also addressing the youth etc who are more than capable of understanding english of mater of fact way of talking but he is essentially making these videos for our Dads and Moms and Aunties who can easily understand what he’s trying to say and keeps them indulged and he’s speaking on their level.

    Thanks for this of formula walking🚶‍♀️- running🏃‍♀️- walking : 6-8-10-12: i used this. Now I an run 35 seconds on 12 , more than 1 mnts on 10. I got better stamina😎 in starting i was just able to do walk on 6 and running on max . 😀

    I truly admire you sir. To be honest, Walking at a brisk speed has helped me lose 15 kilograms. I wanted to spread a word and became a youtuber myself. I want to reach out to people through my videos that they can have a balanced weight by just walking.

    Just Walk itself can save a person from Tens of serious diseases. If you're someone fighting anxiety problems just walk 20-30 minutes a day don't rush to run just walk some 5.5k-6k steps everyday within a week you will be able to suppress your anxiety and you will feel much happier.
    Plus it improves your digestive issues and a hell lot of benefits. If you're someone not having much flesh in body but you're fighting depression or anxiety just go for a 20-30-40 minute walk and do meditation regularly.

    Before 4 months I was not even able to run half kilometre continuously but nowadays I have increased my stamina to such level that I run daily for 5 kilometres without any stop in between and lost 6 to 8 kg weight in 4 months . My life has totally changed . I am now fit and healthier

      @king gaming s bro first of all, you need to think about how much you should run means distance and in initial days , how should try to run as much as you can Means if your target is 5 km per day , then , assume that you can run only 2 kms , then rest of distance you should cover by walk . You should increase your target every day that I will stop here today stop here today and as day passes , your stamina increases, you distance of running increases and walking decreases and one day you will find that you have run without any stop. Notice , I have one inspiration and he was nichlos pooran and I am from Punjab and he plays from Punjab and one night in ipl 2020 , he played well and from next day , I thought that I should also start work on physical body🙂🙂🙂🙂

    Awesome advice for walk and running. I walk everyday in park with the kenchi chapla. Now, I will change it. I thought it's not as important but I realized my mistake. I'll buy the runners for walk and running.

    before watching this vedio i already walked 15101 steps in one go without any break in between .. started with 3000 steps last week and now i am at 15101 tday i will go for 20 k steps . my tgt is to reach 50k steps. a day without break

    Great information. I was looking for someone to provide this information. Im doing brisk walk since last 7 days with diet control. I have lost just more than 3kg in one week. Diet control means no colddrinks, no chips and no white sugar. For the next 7 days I will use this technique of walking and jogging and see if that can make some difference. My weight was 91.3 kg a week ago. Now it's 88.2 kg. I walk around 7km during evening

      I'm coming back to this comment after 1 yr. My current weight is 80Kg. I don't take cold drink, chips, no junk food, no tea and no rice. Just on Sunday i take anything rest of the 6 days in a week i strictly avoid these things. Brisk walk help me upto some extent but later in i join the gym . In doing gym regularly

    I have been running fast since last two months at morning time and Alhamdullilah lost 9 kgs . From 81 to 72. Goal is 65 kgs in upcoming 2 months .
    My hight is 5.7 inches. Suggest me according to weight 65 will be ok?

    I want an advice...what we should do after covid recovery. Post covid...due to heavy medication ppl tend to gain weight...1st due to steroids 2nd. Due to lot of hunger cramps n increased appetite 3rd. Weakness ....pls make video on it too. Also include if anyone already had a leg injury or joints pain with post covid recovery

      In a nutshell,, if u wanna increase stamina and lose weight u must
      Walk a minute, run 15 secs
      Walk a minute, run 25 secs
      Walk a minute, run 35 secs and so on
      And if u just keep walking or running, ur maintaining weight and stamina.

    Great. Sir you have done a lecture to a very wide range audience. Many people wanted a clear understanding between the two. And finally a mix is best. However, it all depends on the condition of the person. Every one must adjust to his own needs and then progressively try to be more and more efficient.     Hahahaha good one bro I do fast walk on daily basis since one month and I just want to loss just 10 to 12 kg but after watched your video I will do walk and jog 😀 and I also don't have proper jogging shoes I have casual shoes but right now going to buy sports shoes on your advice thank you so much for your suggestion ✌🏻👍🏻
