He's encouraging that the probationer could consume protein which is much much higher than a normal limit and it could increases load on kidneys which will lethal...

    I usually do both cardio and weight training during one schedule. I do cardio basically elliptical for 35 minutes at 23 level and burn around 800 calories daily for 5 days in a week. I do strength or weight training for 40 minutes before cardio which comes to total calories burn of 1100 (total, both cardio and weight training). My weight now is 88 kgs (was 106, 4 months back). I consume food mix of low carbs and high protien which muxh be around 1200 calories in a day. So i burn what i eat , my calories requirement is 1650. Does this mean i am going on deficit of 1650 and is it helpful, will it show better results. Please comment

    Actually mai 1 month se weight loss workout kr rahi thi n nw I hv lost 5 kg in 1 month bt pura body loose ho gya n tummy is still dere which I really dnt wanted 🙄🙄🙄mujhe curvatious body chahiye thi bt tummy nhi chahiye,mtlb Baki body me weight chalega tummy pe nahi ,after pregnancy I gained weight only on my tummy test body was same lekin ab weight loss se puri body slim ho gae 😣jo mai nhi chahti thi n tummy fat Abhi bhi pura nhi gya so Maine aapka video delhkr aaj se he weight training start ki h bt what to eat weight gain diet or weight loosing diet ????or sirf protein shake add krne se muscle growth ho jaegi n tummy fat chala jaega as u said muscles eat all body fat
