Eg: My weight is 70 kg
70kg=159 lbs
So I need 159g protien to build muscle.

U wrong if your weight is 70 kg u need 110 to 120 kg protein to build muscle !!!
bruh you need 1g per 1piund of lean muscle since most are 15% and above you actually require 120g at max for 70kg guy

Good info! The main problem with protein shakes is that they do not have any fiber and so, if u do not consume suff water, it may clog u up (constipation). I suggest mixing protein shakes with berries, etc. for fiber -- u can even add soluble fiber, if available. You can also use at least 2 tbl spoons 'sat isabgol' (psyllium husk) throughout the day (1 tbl spoon with at least 250 ml of water) for additional fiber.

Hi Sunny, I can only spare 30 minutes for workout. I use to do 3-4 workouts 3 sets each for every muscle. My weight is 91KG and Height 5' 8". Do you think I should take 20-30gms of protein via protein powder? I am using Lean Fit protein powder Made in Canada.

1 egg contains 6g protein ..so atleast take 10 eggs per day + protein supppiment...i scoop is equal to 25 to 35 g..... Sum up 85 to 95 g protein is enough ...if your weight is below 80
