is video me maine high jump ki five exercise ke bare me btaya h agr aapko high jump krne me problem hoti h or jump krte tym aapke hips ya legs touch ho jate h or aap jump qualify nhi kr pa rahe hai to aap in exercise ki continue 7 days tak kro or sabhi exercise ke 3-3 set krne h .......aapka high jump 7 days me 100% improve hoga .

2. Single leg left right
3. opposite hand toe touch by jumping
4. Any object above shoulder level jump
5. Jump small hight by going your knee to your chest side
