    I do this breathing session every morning on waking. It's helped me get through morning anxiety left over from Covid lockdowns and heal my lungs from asthma. I start my day feeling revitalized, smiling and ready to take my goodness out into the world! 💛🌟 🤗 Sending love. Light and gratitude from Australia.
    Peaceful blessings to all

    Thank you, your emphasis on mindfully focusing on the form and less on just the function of sucking in air made it feel less like a “method” or exercise and more like a meditative practice.

    Thank you for this slow and relaxed guided breathing session. I’ve been having trouble with tension in my shoulders and neck while practicing WHM breath work and this has caused me to feel trepidation when approaching my daily session. Your calm and gradual approach in this video helped me to completely let go of this tension, appreciate the process and feel both calm and energized afterwards. I believe your suggestion to “fill up your cylinder “, simultaneously filling belly and chest, is key to the absence of tension in my shoulders. I’ll revisit this video frequently.🙏🏽

      @@oliverbird6914 Good point. You're right. I often feel pushed with the pace coaching. Nevertheless, I think it's the only way I can breathe past the habitual clenching of the heart constricting my breath which for me is the main point of doing it. Perhaps once I work that out this would be more fitting for me.

    • @oliverbird6914
      @oliverbird6914 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@kristinabliss I hear ya. I don't like being pushed in the pace...I find this great because it forces you to be with yourself and the breath which I find unnerving but very necessary.

    Thanks again Kitaro. In your newest video you commented on visions of bright lights. I experienced this initially with the Wim tutorial. it was a pulsating peacock blue sphere , pulsating with the same rhythm as my heart. When l did that belly a yellow internal sphere appeared , then a white sphere. I didn’t seek it . I still see these images daily with your calming breath work and l understand why you don’t encourage the belly squeeze. Thanks for this tutorial . For me it’s pure breath work perfection. ❤🇻🇬⛩

    Hey, all you Wim Hof method practitioner in the comments.
    I have a question regarding your personal experiences. I've been practicing this breathing for about a year now. But I'd like to know two things :
    - Personally, during the deep breathing phase, if I take all my inhales through the mouth, I can almost double (even triple sometimes) my retention time, compared to a nose breathing phase. I see Kitaro doing his breathing entirely through the nose while still being able to hold it for several minutes. If I use the mouth, I can hold my breath for 3 minutes, no problem. Whereas through the nose ... A single minute is a big achievement.
    - An other thing : It's almost impossible for me to do this method lying down : inhaling gets more difficult, and my retention times are ridiculous, whether I use the nose or the mouth does not matter much. I need to sit down, or I just won't do much.
    I'd like to know what you guys have been experiencing regarding these two things. Thank you all for your feedback !

    • @sandybateman2504
      @sandybateman2504 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have been doing Wim Hoff for 2 years. Initially with Wim for 12 months. Since moving over to Kitaro breath holds are effortless. I do exactly as he does. He’s a master. There’s purpose in everything he says. I have trust in him and therefore it’s easy . I have not been unwell at all in 2 years.

    • @quaryshadow
      @quaryshadow ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your feedback. But my questions to you are : is it better for YOU to lie down while doing it, or to sit down ? Is it better for YOU through the nose or through the mouth ?
      I'd just like to hear about people's personal experiences.

    • @sandybateman2504

      For me lying down gives much better breath. I got a quite big belly and sitting will limit how much it can expand. Also, it requires a bit of effort to stay sit, while by lying down I can just surrender my whole body and fully relax.

    • @mimi1o8

      Lying down is best for me to be able to truly relax, inhale through the nose exhale trough the mouth.
