This man was born for this role. I’ve been doing Wim Hof breathing since May 1 2019. I have never missed a day. Over the last year I’ve use Kitaro’s guided videos because of his genuine tranquility. Love this guy! Thank you!

Thank you so much for your guidance into WIM HOF breathing techniques. I came across your video today. I will take my time and listen to your videos before just jumping straight in.
I am new to Wim Hof breathing techniques.
Wow, your calmness truly resonates with my vibrational frequencies.
      Gratitude and appreciation to you.

Take it from a 77 year old guy with serious health issues, the WM method works, and it does so especially for older folks with declining health. I've done it every day for 40 months after nearly bleeding out during surgery, which necessitated a transfusion. I've gone from severely anemic, with diabetes T2 and a heart condition to walking 4 miles daily. I admit to feeling like crap first thing in the morning but after my WH routine, I've feel 25 years younger and have a positive attitude!

I find owning my emotional state to be a hard truth to integrate but I know it’s as true as the fact that we are all one consciousness experiencing life in its endless forms. As Wim says, ‘taking care of you is taking care of myself.’ I appreciate the care you show us and the importance of your life’s work. All blessings to you as you have blessed me

I appreciate you reviewing this special practice in such a clear, calm and conscious way.
I connected deep in into my heart and many tears flowed, while doing the practice and realizing that my intent is to truly love myself as I never have . In the breathing it felt that this was what my heart was calling for and asking that I just breathe fully, appreciate that I am always with you and love you!
Be light, playful. And know happiness and Joy are alive within you.
This I discovered in this moment and I am so very grateful to you for this gift!

Amazing- not formulating my needs as a responsibility of another and taking ownership for them was the instruction I needed to hear today ❤.
Also I’ve been hitting a wall at 2:30 breath retention doing the “reset” session. Now I have a good option for when I need to feel go.od about my breathwork practice 😂.
    Thanks again teacher 🙇🏻.
