Great video dude 🙏 Recently been inpatient and used wim hof app with setting in fast breath rate and 40 breaths but always struggled to get past 90 seconds and felt like a chore. Your cadence and guidence is perfect and for the first time in a year I had the tingling face feeling, relaxed vibe and effortlessly lasted 2 minutes. Was doing the method all wrong before and my Inpatience misguided me. Thanks

This is easily the best guided wim hof breathwork practice video I’ve practiced. I will likely use this daily for a long time and recommend this one to my friends.
Very interesting concept I counted the number of breaths which in the first two rounds were under 30 reps with a smooth increase in reps and I just notice that I actually feel better from the bench

I experienced a much greater depth than usual today through this video. The second round with the soft voice in the music has led me to a realm I’ve not been. I didn’t know what that was, but what I experienced was a serene tranquility, and a burst of “high” that can only be touched through drugs in the past. Currently on week 2 of the official wim hof program, on the daily I would put this video on to practice. Thank you.

And how I view it: L = Lazyness (the struggle of doing hard things) A = Activation (the starting of a breathing session to overcome the lazyness) M = Mindfulness (To be mindful of the challenges we have) and A = Action (To act on the steps that brings us closer to the goals we have set). Thanks!! My main focus is Qigong but I tend to do Wim Hof breathing after my nightly session of bone marrow cleansing. It tends to relax me rather than energize me. I’m going to start doing this in the morning along with some HIIT. Idiopathic peripheral neuropathy has been my issue the last 11 years. Still looking for some hope when the doctor say they don’t know what to do with me.
