Watching from Thailand. I really love to practice all of your exercises. My inner left knee is very painful. I would like to strengthen my knees & my legs, my hip muscles including improving my balance. My hip muscles are very weak. The sound of your exercise video clips is very low on my desktop, I can't listen clearly. Again, I really appreciate your great efforts. Thank you so much, Meg.

Hi Meg! I made it back to do Day 2! I will be doing Day 3 a little later this evening. I think I've pretty much recovered fro my infusion side effects. I'm watching from San Diego, CA and I'm very interested in improving my balance. Thank you for another awesome workout!
Hi Meg, I'm watching from Springfield Oregon. I've had a Stroke and multiple mini strokes. I can't do the total amounts of reps, but I'm trying to do all the exercises. It's tough for me but I'm trying.
Hi Meg I'm watching from Massillon Ohio. I have severe osteoporosis and I am hoping to gain more leg strength. I do your exercises 5 days a week and they have helped me a great deal. My Dr. is very happy that I have followed you. Thank you for all you do for us.
Today's session followed nicely on yesterday's Challenge launch. I tried the alternating one-leg balance while standing and cooking for an hour this morning. Can already notice some improvement with balance. Thanks to both Meg and the National Association of Federal Retirees.👍
Hi Meg, I really enjoyed yesterday's workout but I'm in too much pain from the side effects of the infusion today to do another one. I'll do two of them tomorrow to make up for it, I promise!
