    i am 69 my arms and legs have become a lot stronger, and this seems to be taking the pressure of my back, as i have some osteoporosis, thank you so much the workouts are the only thing i seem to be consistent with, they are fun and very doable.

    First off I want to say that I really appreciate that your videos are quieter and calmer noise wise. So so many start off so loud that I have to turn the volume down, and then when they start talking I have to turn it up again to hear them. Yours are completely even all the way through. Thank you for that.
    Next - I used to have quite a few routines from different instructors that I rotated, and they were great. But since I was severely ill in Feb. 2022, I have not been able to do them. I had to start from scratch with walking and everything else. My muscles were mush. I found your channel and never looked back. Have been doing only your workouts and stretches, and even though it went slow for so long, I already have results of feeling stronger, lasting longer during the day, and sleeping a bit better. So I will stick with your channel. It's perfect for me and there is plenty of variety. So thank you for taking time for us woman in this age bracket. You have no idea the impact you're making.

    Am commenting after months of doing this for my legs and just wanna say, my lower body is much stronger and I can see and feel my muscles again. I have started to challenge myself with staying down during the squats until my muscles are tired and then redo…. Truly no need for weights. ❤❤❤

    Wowie! I think my legs are strong, but this workout really challenged me, especially that last exercise. Your exercise videos are the ones I work out to six days a week.There is so much variety and positive reinforcement, and I love the low ompact but high intensity! Thank you, Schellea, for making workouts that I look forward to!

    Love this workout. I feel like losing weight in your butt and thighs is just as hard as losing weight in your stomach. Definitely adding this to my daily workout.

      I agree, butt and hips. I work out and am lifting weights, but still need to shift that fat around the hip area - any advice?

    I've got up today thinking I need something quick before breakfast and as usual you have come up with something that fitted my day. I've given myself months off due to a fractured wrist but now feel I need to get back into a little gentle exercise to work into it again. Youa re a superstar Schellea for keeping up with what we want. xxx

    Love this one.... Thank you for the tips. You have great exercise's. I used to weight lift, still do, and jog on the treadmill, I got bored after years of the same old thing. I believe our body get used to the same repetitive movements and stalls. This is great and has Jump started me again~ THANK YOU~

    Just started the HIIT stuff you have and it suggested this one. I'm going to continue doing this one in addition. I also just learned that HIIT isn't Head to Toe...LOL I've been doing your fabulous 50's workouts since February and I love them.

    This was a great workout. I have really been putting off working out again because of some neck issues and I just realized that I am hurting myself more if I quit working out.     wow dear teacher, you are magnificent and showed up in my life in perfect timing. I have degenerative arthritis almost all over, plus a cronic fibromyalgia and turned sedentary since 2020 when I got covid in Florida. I fell while in So. CA at my friend's home in Torrance, landed on the floor but first I hitted a wall with my face, nowadays I wear not a Prada dress, hahhah but a PAIN DRESS, you will sa ve me, have a blessed weekend
