    Greetings from Maine! Love all your videos. I am 72 and have osteoporosis and DDD. Am currently seeing a physical therapist for my balance. I have been including your exercises along with yours and see my balance improving every DAY!

    I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 18 years ago and been receiving treatment all that time but have been discharged now, which makes no sense to me so I err on the side of caution when exercising.
    I loved this routine and was so proud of myself that I managed the final exercise with both arms outstretched. I could never have done this before starting exercising with you.

    I love this exercise just diagnosed with osteoporosis but have had diabetes for 58 years and neuropathy for 8 years. Your exercises have helped me so much

    Hi Meg, I tend to jump all around when it comes to your videos and I'm so glad I found this one tonight! I just had an appointment with an endocrinologist today regarding my osteoporosis. Looks like I'll be doing a daily injection for the next couple of years and then see where I'm at. I guess I have it pretty severe so I was really happy to find this video tonight. It's just what the doctor ordered, literally! I'm watching from San Diego, CA.

    1 I am in southern California. I have a vacation day today and was napping when you posted. I have been in great pain for the last 24 hours. I was able to do these successfully. I will add these to my routine. Thank you

    Missouri. Still working out almost daily in your program. Feeling stronger. Also feeling a bit of pain in my legs (but which feels really good!) I've been thinking this summer that I should probably switch from bathtub to shower as It has been getting much harder to sit down in the tub this past year. However, I shan't change yet because my knees do feel a bit stronger these days....so thanks so much for that!
