From San Francisco. Need a challenge to strengthen my right leg after two separate injuries. Also need to regain balance. Started watching your videos after I completed physical therapy a few months ago.

2 I am from Spain. I love to do your exercises. I am 71. I need all of it. I have lost balance after a few falls but fortunately not hurt so much. But can’t understand I can’t balance. Thanks a lot.
1 Ann from Liverpool. I exercise with you every day but this is my first fitness challenge. I've just returned from meeting friends whom I haven't seen for a year and they can't believe the difference in my being able to walk without a stick. All thanks to you. Thank you so much.
It's a 2 for me. I think I've done about 3 challenges now. I did this workout last night but haven't been able to comment until today. I had a reclast infusion yesterday for osteoporosis and I had (and am having) some really unpleasant reactions. I'm still experiencing a great deal of pain in my upper torso but I'm hoping that subsides by tonight so I can do the next workout challenge. Since we aren't doing a lot of arm work I may be able to manage it. I'll keep you posted and thank you for another awesome workout and weekly challenge!
