Good afternoon Sir/ Atty Bajita, I learned a lot today. Thank you for sharing your intelligence with us. One of my favorite part is the meaning of freedom imprisonment to freedom slavery and I also like the freedom relation to human rights. Looking forward for more lesson with you. Thankyou Sir/ Atty, Godbless.
Lesson 4. Discuss the following points:
    What is Freedom
    - It refers to a person who makes, speaks, or thinks for themselves without restraint.
    Freedom to Speak;
Under Section 3. (1) the privacy of communication and correspondence shall be inviolable.
-It refers to our communication with other people and the word "privacy of communication." It means you are free to communicate because you know in yourself that it respects the privacy of communication. Another of these is that privacy is so respected because it can't just reach anyone, so you are free to speak without hesitation.
    (2) Any evidence obtained in violation of this or the preceding section shall be inadmissable for any purpose in any proceeding.
    - It means that any other violations of the privacy of communication and correspondence cannot be accepted against a person who has spoken. So a person has the freedom to speak to someone who is not afraid of or doubting him.
Under Section 4. No law shall be passed abridging the freedom of speech of expression, or of the press.
    - What it says here is that we have the right to say or speak our thoughts.
Freedom to Think, Speak and, Act
Under Section 5. No law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.
-Because our conviction in a religion is linked to our psyche as a human being, no one can stop us from believing what we believe because our constitution protects us. If you go to church, for example, nothing can stop you since that is what you want to do.
    Freedom from Foreign Domination
Under Article II of the 1987 constitution in Section 2. The Philippines adheres to the policy of peace, equality, justice, freedom, cooperation, and amity with all nations.
    - There is no way for any country to occupy the Philippines because it is free of foreign rule. One of the reasons why no one can conquer the Philippines is because it is a sovereign country that is well-known around the world. The United States of America is a nation with its own rights and freedoms that no other country can claim.
    Freedom from Despotic Government
Under Section 4 of Article III, the right of the people peaceably to assemble and petition the government for redress of grievances.
    - What is being emphasized here is that if our government has done anything wrong, everyone has the right to join or rally in unity. The rally must be calm so that there are no disturbances and our administration can address their issues right away
    Freedom from Imprisonment
Under Section 18 (1) of Article III. No person shall be detained solely by reason of his political beliefs and aspirations.
    - You can never be imprisoned as a human, regardless of your beliefs, since you have the right to be Freedom from Imprisonment.
Under Section 20 Article III. No person shall be imprisoned for debt or non payment of a poll tax.
    - People aren't in debt, but if they cheat, they can be punished by the staff because they took money.
    Freedom from Slavery.
Under Section 18. (2) of Article III. No involuntary servitude in any from shall exist except as a punishment for a crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted.
    - There is no such thing as being a slave or being coerced into doing something you don't want.

Good day po Atty. Thank you for the discussing Freedom in Relation to Human Rights. From this lesson, I learned that freedom is the right to act, speak, or think without restraint. Freedom to Speak gives the right to speak without fear of having their words used against their own and if violation of this is proven shall be deemed inadmissible. The Freedom to Think, Speak and Act gives the right to freely choose a religion and the right not to. Freedom from Foreign Domination gives Philippines the right of independence from other states and have sovereignty of its own. Freedom from Despotic Government gives the right to the people to be entitled protection from an abusive government. Freedom from Imprisonment implies that no person shall be detained solely because of political beliefs or debt. Freedom from Slavery forbids involuntary servitude unless used as a punishment of a convicted crime.

    Good afternoon sir.
Lesson 4. Discuss the following points:
    What is Freedom
    - It refers to a person who makes, speaks, or thinks for themselves without restraint.
    Freedom to Speak;

Good day Atty., Thank you for another insightful video today. It was a comprehensive and informative video of yours, tackling the relationship of human rights to freedom. To start with, it was discussed in the video that freedom in its definition is a power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint. Furthermore, it was directly supported by section 3, article 3 of the 1987 constitution of the Philippines, stating that privacy communication and correspondence shall be inviolable. Any evidence obtained in violation of this or the preceding section shall be inadmissible for any purpose in any proceeding. It is further supported by section 4 article 3 of the 1987 constitution of the Philippines, stating that No law shall be passed abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press. On the other hand, freedom to think, speak and act is also protected by our law which can be seen in section 5, article 3 of the 1987 constitution of the Philippines, saying that no law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. Moreover, in the other definition of freedom, it was stated that it is the absence of subjection to foreign domination or despotic government. It was supported and ruled by section 2, article of the 1987 constitution of the Philippines, saying that the Philippines adhere to the policy of peace, equality, justice, freedom, cooperation, and amity of all nations. The Philippines on the other hand is a republican state. People's sovereignty is vested in them, and they wield all governmental power. Lastly, the third definition of freedom stated that it is the state of not being imprisoned or enslaved. Supported by section 18, article 3 of the 1987 constitution of the Philippines, saying that no person shall be detained solely by the reason of his political beliefs and aspiration. To sum it up, this video of yours Atty. Bajita makes me enlightened from freedom in relation to my human rights. I realized that as an abiding citizen I also exercise freedom only for myself but also for our nation. It was a very informative video and Thank you for sharing it with us. Hence, I am looking forward to and waiting for a more informative video like this yours. Thank you po and Godbless.

In this video, Atty. Discuss the “FREEDOM IN RELATION TO HUMAN RIGHTS” first we have, “Freedom” what is freedom? Freedom is a power or right to act speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint. It means that you’re free to do what you want to do, just don’t break the law.
I also learned about ARTICLE III of the 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines. Section 3. (1) The privacy of the communication and correspondence shall be inviolable. It means, it refers to how we communicate with people. It means you can speak or communicate with people because you’re respecting the privacy of communication. It means that they will keep your secret short because you trust them.
Also, there’s another, It says, Any evidence obtained in violation of this preceding section shall be inadmissible for any purpose in any proceeding. It means, Even if you take evidence or whatsoever if you violate the privacy of communication and correspondence that evidence would not be accepted.
Next is section 4. It says no law shall be passed abridging the freedom of speech, of expression, or of the press. It means that you have the right to state your statements, freedom of speech, or express anything you want because it is protected by the Constitution.
Next is section 5. It says that no law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.
Next here is the 2ND definition of “FREEDOM” it is the absence of subjection to foreign domination or despotic government. According to Atty. It means that there’s no domination and we are free and we have independence. The state can’t intervene or any country. It means you’re free, they can’t intervene in your own country.
Next are the examples of FREEDOM from FOREIGN DOMINATION.
It is under Article II of the 1987 constitution of the Republic of the Philippines.
Section 2. The Philippines adheres to the policy of peace, equality, justice, freedom, cooperation, and amity with all nations. It means that it is no longer possible as before that they can occupy us like the old days. Because we have freedom from foreign domination. Because the Philippines is recognized as a Sovereign country.
Next is the Example of FREEDOM from DESPOTIC GOVERNMENT.
According to Section 4. The right of the people peaceably to assemble and petition the government for a redress of grievance. It means people have the right to meet or “magkatipon” in peace for the petition to know what is the wrongdoings of our government.
Next is the 3RD definition of freedom
It is the state of not being imprisoned or enslaved.
According to Section 18. No person shall be detained solely by reason of his political beliefs and aspirations. It means any of your beliefs they’re not allowed to imprison you.
Also, according to section 20. No person shall be imprisoned for debt or non-payment of a poll tax. It means they can’t imprison you just because you have a debt.
Last is the FREEDOM from SLAVERY
According to Section 18. No voluntary servitude in any form shall exist except as a punishment for a crime whereof the party shall be duly convicted. It means, they can’t slave anyone, involuntary servitude is not allowed anymore, because people are not a slave.

    Good day Atty.
Thank you for giving us knowledge about Freedom in relation to Human Rights.
I've learned that Freedom has 3 definition in google. First, freedom is the power or right of a person to act, speak or think without hindrance or restraint. For example, Freedom of Speak in the section 3 paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines stated that the privacy of communication and correspondence shall be inviolable and under paragraph 2 who stated that an evidence obtained in violation of this or the preceding section shall be inadmissible for any purpose in any proceeding. Also under Section 4 which stated that no law shall be passed abridging the freedom of speech, of expression, or of the press. Another example for Freedom to think, speak and act under Section 5 of Article 3 of the 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, stated that no law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise therefore.
Second definition for freedom from google is absence of subjection to foreign domination or despotic government. For example Freedom from Foreign Dominion in the Section 2 of Article 2 of the 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, there stated that The Philippine adheres to the policy of peace , equality, justice, freedom, cooperation and amity with all nations. Another example is Freedom from Despotic Government under also Section 4 of Article 3 of the 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, states that the right of the people peaceably to assemble and petition the government for redress for grievances.
And for the last definition of Freedom from google, freedom is a state of not being imprisoned or enslaved. For example, Freedom from imprisonment under Section 18 paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, stated that no person shall be detained solely by reason of his political beliefs and aspirations. Another in Freedom from imprisonment is in Section 20 which stated that no person shall be imprisoned for debt or non payment of a poll tax. Another example is Freedom from Slavery where in Section 18 paragraph 2 of Article 3 of the 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, stated that no voluntary servitude in any form shall exist except as a punishment for a crime whereof the party have been duly convicted. Thank you again Atty. for giving us knowledge about freedom and how it is connected to our law and Human Rights.

    Good afternoon po sir.
    Lesson #4
    Discuss the following points:
    WHAT IS FREEDOM?
It refers to the power or right of a person to act, speak or think without restraint. No one can get to know us and other countries cannot get to know the Filipinos when they are here in the Philippines because we are free and we have the right to have a good government that is not oppressive or abusive.
    FREEDOM TO SPEAK
    - under section 3. Paragraph 1 we see here The privacy of communication and correspondence shall be inviolable. So it means it refers to how we talk to someone, so there is privacy which means we can speak freely. Under section 4 is also an example of freedom to speak, which says that people have the freedom to express their thoughts.
FREEDOM TO THINK, SPEAK AND ACT
    - It is said here in section 5 that religion is connected to our thinking, that what we want to believe is that no one should stop us because our constitution protects that. Our speech is linked to what we believe and what we do. So here in the Philippines there are many types of religions, because no one forbids us to build our own religion because that is our right and that is what we believe.
    FREEDOM FORM FOREIGN DOMINATION
    - Under article 2 of the 1987 constitution, this means that we can no longer be occupied by other countries like before and no country can occupy the Philippines because the Philippines is recognized around the world as a country with its own rights. be free.
    FREEDOM FROM DESPOTIC GOVERNMENT
    - Under section 4 of article 3 of our constitution, it states that the mayor has the right to convene a peaceful meeting to petition whatever our government is doing wrong.
    FREEDOM FROM IMPRISONMENT
    - under section 18 of article 3. Paragraph 1, it says here that no matter what you believe you cannot be imprisoned, but you must not commit illegal acts such as rebellion because it is prohibited by our revised penal code. And section 20 also says that no person can be imprisoned for debt, but if there is fraud it goes into estafa.
    FREEDOM FROM SLAVERY
    - Under section 18 paragraph 2, it says that slavery is forbidden, because a person is not a slave and you cannot enslave a person, in other words you cannot force a person if he does not want to do something.

A Wonderful Day Atty !Thanks for the discourse around Opportunity in Connection to Human Rights. You unquestionably clarify the three which is to Think, Talk and Act that characterize the word Freedom. However, you moreover said the other meaning related to Opportunity such as Remote Mastery, Dictatorial Government, Opportunity from Detainment and indeed Flexibility from Slavery."For to be free isn't only to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that regards and upgrades the opportunity of others."-Nelson Mandela
