Article 25-30 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.Discuss the following provisions of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
Article 25
• Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
• Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.
Article 26
• Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
• Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
• Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.
Article 27
• Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
• Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
Article 28
•Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.
Article 29
•Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.
• In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.
•These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
Article 30
• Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.
Good day atty. In this video, I learned what are the contents found in the article 22 until 24 and its relation between the universal declaration of human rights. First was in Article 22, it concludes that everyone are the members of our society which have the rights in social security and entitled to our realization. Next was in Article 23, which tells us about that everyone has the right to work. Which means that all of us have the rights to choose what kind of work we want and gives us protection from unemployment. Also, they have the rights to have equal pay on our equal work with out any act of discrimination. In addittion, it says that everyone of us havw the rights in just and favourable remunerationand have the rights to form and to join their trede unions. And lastly was in Article 24, it explains that everyonw have the rights to rest and leisure including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay. Thank you Sir for this new knowledgeable lesson and giving us time to explain those article clearly.

In article 25, it says that everyone has the rights to a standard of living which are enough for their health and for their family, and it says that the motherhood and childhood are entitled to a special care and assistance. Next was in the Article 26 which tells us that we all have the rights in education. And it shall be focused on developing human personality and strenghtening respect for human righta and on its fundamental freedoms. Also, the parents have thw rights to choose what kind of eduaction does they want to give on their children. Then in Article 27 it expalins that everyone have the rights to freely participate in the cultural life of our community, and we all have the rights to the protection on the moral and material interests. Another thing was in the Article 28, which says the everyone is entitled to a social and international order. Second to the last was in Article 29, which concludes that everyone of us has the duties on our community and everyone of us should practice our rights and freedoms with limitations. Lastly was in Article 30, which says that everyone should not use those rights and freedoms in bad ways. Thats all. Thank you sir.

Article 26. (1) Education is a right that everyone has. Elementary education will be required of all students. (2) Education must be geared toward the complete development of the human personality, as well as the promotion of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
Article 27. (1) Everyone has the right to freely participate in cultural life. (2) Everyone has the right to moral and material interests to be protected.
Article 28. A social and international order is a right that everyone has.
Article 29. (1) Everyone owes a responsibility to the community. (2) Everyone is solely subjected to these restrictions. (3) These rights and freedoms may not be enjoyed in a manner that is inconsistent with the goals and values of the Constitution.
Article 30. Nothing in this declaration should be construed as granting any state, group, or individual the right to engage in any activity or act intended at undermining any of the rights and freedoms enshrined herein.

Good day Atty! The things I have learned in this video is all about Articles 25-30 of Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Article 25 is all about right to adequate standard of living. Everyone has the right to have what you need so that you and your family do not go hungry, homeless or get sick. In Article 26 is about right to education. Everyone have the right to go to school, continue to studies as far as you wish and learn regardless of race, religion or country of origin. In Article 27 is all about right to take part in cultural artistic and scientific life. Means that you have the right to share the benefits of your community’s culture, arts and sciences. In Article 28 is about the right to free and fair world. To make sure your rights are respected, there must be an order that can protect them. This order should be global. In Article 29 is duty to community. Everyone has duties toward the community within which your personality can fully develop. The law should guarantee human rights. It should allow everyone to respect others and to be respected. The last Article is all about rights are inalienable. No one, institution nor individual, should act in any way to destroy the rights promulgate in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In this articled that have been tackled, it is all about the community and the people who are under of Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The UDHR are for everyone. I've learned in Article 28 Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declarations can be fully realized.

In my own understandings about this topics, Article 25 paragraphs 1 means that everyone has a right to have an standard of living, meaning to say, to have food, services or caring about him like work, livelihood and lack of services for him. In paragraph 2, it states that being a mother to a child has an special care about social protection and equal treatment. In article 26 paragraph 1, it states that everyone has a right to study. In fact, every elementary schools is free or mandatory. Or being a college, about scholarships it is free. Then in paragraph 2 of article 26, states that education must focus also in respecting others and enhance everything about our worldwide peace knowledge. Also in paragraph 3, states that every parents have a right to chose a school for their child. Article 27, paragraph 1. States that everyone has a right to chose a participation in cultural life events. In paragraph 2, it states that everyone has a right to be protected in their own creations about any scientific, literary or books to not be faked without your permission. Article 28, states that everyone has a right to have social and international order. Article 29, paragraph 1.It states that everyone have an obligation or duties in their community to develop their personalities. In paragraph 2, it states that everyone has a limit about exercising about articles but you have limits about this because sometimes it can destroy dignity of other people. In paragraph 3, states that every freedom that we have, you can't use it to contrary other countries or laws. Article 30, it states that nothing in universal declaration of human rights can be interpret this laws to destruction or abuse the laws that been given to us.

ARTICLE 25-30
Article 25 is all about right to adequate standard of living. Everyone has the right to have what you need so that you and your family do not go hungry, homeless or get sick.
In Article 26 is about right to education. Everyone have the right to go to school, continue to studies as far as you wish and learn regardless of race, religion or country of origin.
In Article 27 is all about right to take part in cultural artistic and scientific life. Means that you have the right to share the benefits of your community’s culture, arts and sciences.
In Article 28 is about the right to free and fair world. To make sure your rights are respected, there must be an order that can protect them. This order should be global.
In Article 29 is duty to community. Everyone has duties toward the community within which your personality can fully develop. The law should guarantee human rights. It should allow everyone to respect others and to be respected. The last Article is all about rights are inalienable. No one, institution nor individual, should act in any way to destroy the rights promulgate in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In this articled that have been tackled, it is all about the community and the people who are under of Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The UDHR are for everyone. It is to make sure that no one gets above when it comes to human rights.
Article 30.
Nothing in this declaration may be interpreted as implying any state group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at thr destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

Article 25
1. Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
2. Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.
Article 26
1. Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
2. Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
3. Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.
Article 27
1. Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
2. Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
Article 28
Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.
Article 29
1. Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.
2. In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.
3. These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
Article 30
