Thank you so much, Atty. This lesson taught me about the concept of state. A state is a community of people, more or less numerous, who live on a specific piece of land. Organized sovereign community independent of outside authority, connected by ties of nationhood, legally paramount within its territory, acting through a government operating under the law's dream.
    State Elements
    1. People
    2. Territory
    3. Government
    4. Sovereignty
    1. People - This term refers to the total population of the state.
    2. Territory - consists of the terrestrial, fluvial, marine, and aerial domains.
    3. Government- it is the agency that formulates, expresses, and carries out the will of the state.
    4. Sovereignty - refers to the state's superior authority to order and enforce compliance to its will from those within its territory, as well as its freedom from external influence; if this element is missing, the state will not be recognized.

Good afternoon Atty. Bajita, Thank you for another video that give us a lot of knowledge. Now I understood the differences between state and federal governance after viewing this video. The state has four elements: the people, which refers to the total population to be governed, the territory, which includes the terrestrial, maritime, and arial domains, the government, or the state's will, and the sovereignty, which is the highest power to command. There are two manifestations of sovereignty. The first is internal sovereignty, in which the state governs its own area, and the second is external sovereignty, in which the state is free from external control.

    Good Day Atty!
Thanks for the lessons again about Concept of the State.
So the states means it's the place where the community or people lived permanently, it can be called a territory because it is independent in external controll. Then states also embodies government. I learned also the four elements of a state. First people, Territory, Sovereignty and Government. This elements are important to a state because even one element is not in a place or territory, it cannot be called state. People are a mass of population living there. Population has a smallest point in state also has the biggest points in state. Territorial means it has terrestrial, fluvial, maritime, and aerial domains. There's also a smallest and biggest points of territory. Government in a state means it's the agencies of the will of the state, formulated expressed and carried out. Sovereignty means supreme power of the state to command the population on what government wants. It has two manifestations, Internal means a power of state to rule it's own territory. External, means freedom of states without controlling by other states.

Good day Atty., Thank you for another insightful video today. It was a comprehensive and informative video of yours, tackling the essential details about the concept of state. It was discussed in the lecture the word state signifies a group of people, large or small, who live in a permanent settlement on a specific piece of land that is free of external influence and has a government to which a large section of the population submits to regularly. Moreover, it was also revealed in the lecture the four elements that a state has. First is people, wherein it was defined as the mass of population living within the state. It is basically any person; alien or citizen of the land, which is functionaries or subject to governed. Furthermore, the smallest states in point of the population were also mentioned in the video; the third from the list is the state of Nauru from Oceania with 11,000 population in total, the second form the list is Tuvalu from Oceania with a total population of 10,200, and last, the smallest state in the world in terms of population is the Vatican with 799 total population. Furthermore, the biggest state in point of the population was also revealed, the third from the list is the USA with 331, 002, 651 population, second is India with 1,380, 004, 385 population, and first is China with 1, 439, 323, 776 population. On the other hand, the territory was also defined wherein it was revealed that it includes terrestrial, flowvial, maritime, and aerial domains. The smallest state in point of the territory is the Vatican and the biggest state in point of Territory in Russia. In addition to that, the government is also defined in the lecture stating that it refers to the agency through which the will of the state is formulated expressed, and carried out. Sovereignty is also defined as it refers to the supreme power of the
state to command and enforce obedience to its will from people within its jurisdiction and to have freedom from external control. And it has two manifestations, first is internal wherein it talks about the power of the state to rule inside the territory, and the second is external which talks about the freedom of the state to carry out its objectives without control of other states. To sum it up, this video of yours Atty. Bajita makes me enlightened concerning the concept of a state. It was a very informative video and Thank you for sharing it with us. Hence, I am looking forward to and waiting for a more informative video like this yours. Thank you po and Godbless.

    Hello, Atty!
Again, thank you for the education on the concept of the state.
So a state is a place where a group or people reside continuously, and it can be referred to as a territory because it is self-contained from foreign influence. Then there are states, which represent government. I also studied the four components of a state. Territory, Sovereignty, and Government are the first peoples. This is vital to a state since it cannot be termed a state if one of these elements is missing from a location or territory. There is a large population residing there. The state with the smallest population also has the largest population. Territorial means it has terrestrial, fluvial, maritime, and aerial domains. There's also a smallest and biggest points of territory. Government in a state means it's the agencies of the will of the state, formulated expressed and carried out. Sovereignty means supreme power of the state #WalangSayangNaOras #JusticeBuddy #BawalAngTamad

Good day Atty. Upon watching this video I learned the differences between state to government. Where the state has 4 elements which are the people that refers to the mass of population to be govern, territory which is the terrestrial, maritime, and arial domain, government or the will of the state , and also the sovereignty which is the supreme power to command. The sovereignty has 2 manifestation first is the internal sovereignty where the state rules within its own territory and second is the external sovereignty where freedom without control by other states.

Godbless atty.
