- prioritizes residents' safety
1. Peace and order must be preserved.
2. Members of the public are safeguarded.
Secondary Goals
- preventing crimes, enforcing laws, and apprehending and prosecuting lawbreakers
1. Preventing crime
2. The legality of preventive and suppressive measures is being investigated.
3. Guilt or innocence of those apprehended will be decided by a judge.
4. Those who have been proven legally guilty should be dealt with properly.
5. The behavior of those who broke the law was corrected using socially acceptable methods.
6. Criminal activity is curtailed by apprehending offenders who have been unable to be prevented.

PRIMARY GOALS
-To maintain peace for every individuals.
-to keep us safe and protected.
SECONDARY GOALS
-first, crime prevention, the machinery of government was taking actions to stop and prevent the crime.
- second, review. If the crime happens the court will review if the action being act was right.
-third, judicial determination. This process examine if you are guilty or not.
-Fourth, Proper disposition. For those who have been sentenced guilty will be at the correction, its either you'll be behind bars or inside the bars.
-fifth, correction. Those who are guilty still have a right to be protected.
-sixth, suppression. Suppression of criminal conduct was given to the individual who still avoid and resist to follow the rules.

Maintenance of peace and order -Protection of people's lives, liberty, and property
Protection of members of the society- society's members are protected because the police are on the job.
Secondary Goals
Crime prevention -it refers to government attempts to suppress crime, enforce the law, and preserve the criminal justice system.
Review of the legality of preventive and suppressive- if the crime cannot be stopped, the police will suppress it.
Judicial determination - a court's decision in a legal action or proceeding.
Proper Disposition - proper despocision occurs when you are found guilty in a court of law and the prosecutor determines that the charges against you should be dropped.
Correction- it is responsible with keeping and rehabilitating persons who have been convicted by the courts.
Suppression - methods include identifying and arresting suspects through direct enforcement.

It now proceeds to the Judicial Determination whether the criminal is guilty or innocent. If proven guilty, proper disposition will intake. Corrections that are socially approved are the means of rectifying the behavior of those who violated the criminal law that will make them a law-abiding citizen. Have a nice day again sir, I’ve learn a lot again in this video. In this lesson I learned about the primary and secondary goals of CJS Philippines. Its primary goal is to maintain peace and order in every locality here on the Philippines. So that every people can enjoy the environment and do whatever they want but it must not violate to the law. We experience this because of the Protection of our Law enforcer, they gave us safety to enjoy life that no one can harm us. If ever someone who try to harm us, the law enforcer will rescue us, as soon as possible. It has many Secondary goals, and one that is the crime prevention. The law enforcer must eliminate one of this element: Capability, Desire and Opportunity. They must eliminate one of this element so that no crime will happen. Then crime prevention is succeed. It also review case which is sensitive and it must be legal to avoid mistake judgement. Including Judicial Determination, If he/she is guilty must been sentenced according to the law. There are 3 implemented elements in the society. First is the “enforced”, it means that the universal law is using this as an implementation in the society, and that is a “law”. Secondly is the word “protect” that is with the law, because if there is no law the people of the society will not be protected and will be harmed. Lastly is the word “maintain”, without this two the peace will not be maintained and the society will be messy.

I.Crime Prevention- (capability, desire, opportunity), it is the DESIRE or ABILITY of a person to commit a crime and the opportunity for the police to prevent it.
II. Review of the legality of preventive & suprice measure- reviewing an operation with a shooting or massacre to find out the truth.
III.Judicial determination- it says here that when you are proven innocent you are innocent. and otherwise you will be sentenced to imprisonment
IV. Proper disposition- This is for people who have been proven guilty. it tells him where he will go whether outside the prison or to stay inside
V. Correction- it is the right of a suspect that he should not be harmed even if he has done something wrong. because CJS also aims to correct the mistakes of those who have sinned in a good way.
VI. Suppression- Secondary goals that if you repeatedly do something that is prohibited by law you can be deprived of human rights
