Hi Pioneer! I know this is an older video, but I stuck a DMH-WC5700NEX in my C6 Corvette with the proper pac harness to retain Bose and all that. In standard mode I had all sorts of hissing and boom noises from the mids when changing volume and starting playback. Network mode got rid of all of the hissing and most of the boom noises! And the music sounds better. The only thing is Siri and guidance apps only come out of the two speakers in my hatch area. I don’t have RCAs on this headunit but judging by this video it’s working as designed, that stuff comes out of rear speakers.
In Network Mode, all voice commands from Siri or other navigation apps, and voice in phone calls will come from the "rear" speaker outputs. In Network mode, that's the Green and Green/Black and the Purple and Purple/Black speaker level outputs. In network mode, the "front" speaker level outputs are the White and White Black, and the Gray and Gray/ Black outputs. When in Standard Mode, all of the voice outputs will switch to the "front" outputs or White and White/Black and Gray and Gray/black. When in Network Mode or in Standard Mode, you may need to apply a crossover, or HPF / LPF to eliminate some of the hiss and booming you are hearing. Here is a video that explains how a HPF or LPF crossover works on a Pioneer receiver: th-cam.com/video/WvJXYh6vk_0/w-d-xo.html It's possible the pac harness and the bose amp are routing the the signal in a different manner that what is expected.

So in network mode, I don't hook up any speakers to the normal outputs, instead use all the rca outputs with amps, one for highs, one for mids, and one for subs????
That's the right idea, however, please note: the speaker outputs are still available if you want to use them. When using Standard Mode or Network Mode, the speaker level outputs and the directly associated RCA outputs are effected in the same way. For example, when in Standard Mode, the front RCA outputs are full range, and the front speaker outputs are also full range. When in Network Mode, the Front RCA outputs become the high outputs, and the Front Speaker level outputs also become high outputs. All crossover and slope settings effect the speaker level output as well as the RCA output. Hello, I changed the battery and my car. Then the bluetooth stopped working. I did the factory rest and they avic 8200 nex will not give me the network or standard mode options? I am so lost as to why I lost bluetooth talking after only changing out my car battery.
Please note: The Pioneer AVIC-8200NEX does not have the option of Network Mode. It has Standard Mode, or Front - Rear - Subwoofer output. It can not be set up in Network Mode. I recommend to do a microprocessor reset and a Restore Settings on your receiver. First you'll need a paper clip or some other small point to press the microprocessor reset button. You can find the micro processor reset button on the Pioneer AVIC-8200NEX on the hard key panel to the far right. After the microprocessor reset, I recommend to do a Restore Settings -> All Settings. You can see it here: th-cam.com/video/5ZTEq6VKeWE/w-d-xo.html You must have the vehicle's Parking Brake engaged in order to access these settings. Please be sure to install the latest firmware for your Pioneer AVIC-8200NEX. You can find it here: www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/NEX/AVIC-8200NEX#downloads After you do a Restore Settings, you'll need to re-pair your phone to the receiver's Bluetooth System for phone calls and streaming Audio. You need to engage the vehicle’s Parking Brake in an ON-OFF-ON operation in order to access the Restore Settings and Bluetooth setup menu. This might also be known as the Hand Brake or the Emergency Brake. If you engage the vehicle’s Parking Brake and still can’t access the Restore Settings or the Bluetooth menu, the in-dash receiver’s Green Parking Brake Wire may have an incorrect connection to vehicle.
