Hello, in this video I wanted to show you how you can add Bluetooth feature to your old car cassette player. Unlike the application we made before, we directly integrated the amplifier chip into the system through the audio inputs.Additionally, the supply was reduced to 5 volts, which is the operating voltage of the module, again taken from the 12 volts in the tape and the GND.In this way, it works directly from the feed line of the cassette player.As a result of the application, all features of the cassette player work. Since the cassette player does not have an aux feature, silence is ensured by inserting an empty cassette into it.The tape playback feature of the cassette player can be used when desired. also AM. Wrong, you directly give input to amplifier IC, so all Volume and Tone controls are bypassed, you should use AUX input point or tape Head preamplifier output point to give the output of Bluetooth module, in that case all controls would work,

You are right, I see that there is a manual potentiometer and it would be possible to connect there directly.
Also there will be cross-over when you play BT-audio and FM-radio simultaneously.
There might be no Aux-input, that kind of head-unit, then the only solution is finding tape-deck output which is shown at 0:52.

P.S. : make a metal shield ( like a koax cable) to the sound line cable and contact to this shield to the GND point, make protection from any noise my old Skoda Felicia make this noise also and very disturbe,when you like listen something on the radio.

its easy if the unit has a cassette or analog radio and i also done that from the past but what of its digital Fm /cd radio with no Aux and the cd ribbon connector has no marking for input/output, if i direct it to the main amp input it will sound but i will not be able to. use the volume, and other function
@@user-dm1it5cx8x your joking right? :-) there thing the almost all connect the 12volt/24volt power socket / cigarette/cigar lighter, most now have USB options charge mobile, or plug Drive in them, play music data file, then Bluetooth part you Bluetooth a connect to the device to you 12volt socket, and find what FM radio station transmitting on and tune car radio to station, job done! :-) you may more transmitted station if it's already being used by your local radio station? most are really low power radio output, if un sure not breaking law where you are?
@@dh2032 in the marketlots of option, you can buy that fits in cigarret lighter with USB 5v ready and some has bluetooth,sdcard function, or a device dc to dc converter to supply Fm transmitter with Bluetooth option all you need to do plug a headfon jack to the device connect it to your aux vintage car open the Bluetooth of the transmitter as well as your android cel. once connected. bluetooth will play and goes through the headfon jack to your car stereo done
You also need to remember to incorporate noise suppression circuitry, as these BT modules put a lot of electrical noise onto the ground lines of the actual car stereo amplifier.

hocam elinize sağlık projeyi çok beğendim. Aynı bt modülü bende kullanıyorum teyp in içine takmak yerine micro usbden powerbank veya çakmaklıktan adaptör ile güç beslemesi yapıp aux ile sesi iletiyordum ama sizin proje daha temiz olmuş. Seviliyorsunuz. :)

Before anyone rips apart old radios to butcher them, check to see if they are valuble first. Some oldies are worth more than a fully equipped new radio.
And you definately need to find the input into the audio processing circuitry
I did this once to add an aux input to a radio that only had cd input. Worked well.

nicely done - and there are a lot of things to be said (bypassing the controls etc., which already have been mentioned) and there is also this annoying fact, that the motor's always running while Bluetooth-mode, which would annoy me a lot (not mentioned the little e-noise and interferences it causes) ...well, anyway - nice, but needs improvement

Nice build. I thought you would just delete the cassette carriage assembly. Curious idea to leave it in place and use a dummy cassette. Do the 4.7 capacitors increase the output signal for the amp? It would be nice to see explanations why the other chips are added. It’s still a very enjoyable project - thanks. Again!
A 4.7 uf capacitor was added just to filter out the interference, thank you.

The easiest way to get bluetooth is to make a bluetooth cassete tape or an fm transmiter (modulator) the method you used its ok but the tone and volume controls are bypassed
If you say yes, there is another solution

Skip the "Rube Goldberg" method of removing the car stereo and taking it apart and risk of frying the IC circuit. The easy way is just buy a $25 cassette Bluetooth adapter.

There are some cars which have no bluetooth inputs but do have an "aux" input. Mine is one of them. I got myself a bluetooth receiver/transmitter which has a built-in battery. Whether it works in transmit mode or receive mode depends on which of the two stereo 3.5mm jacks you plug into. Plug the audio cord into the "receive" jack and the other end into the AUX jack on the car, then attach the charging lead via a 5V converter plugged into the 12V lighter socket. Bingo. I now have bluetooth.

Emeğinize sağlık. Basit bir yöntemle herkesin yapabileceği biŕ çalışma olmuş. Sizdén ricam biraz daha amatör üstü sayılabilecek, AM bandı üzerinden aktifleşen ve ses atayabildiğimiz bir çalışma ürétmeniz olacak. Hiçbir Türk sitesinde rastlamadım. Teşekkür ederim.

You can do it with a bluetooth + FM transmitter Marketing as Carg7. No need to dismantle the unit. Carg7 work in 12v (can be used in cig lighter socket). The bluetooth receives signals and transmit it ss FM signal which can be played as FM station within the vehicle. You can set own station/meter which do not interfere with any local station. Set up is described in leaflet along with the device. This costs around rs.400/-. You can do it on any FM radio.

Not sure if I like feeding the module directly into the amp IC with no volume control, powering it up to be greeted by an ear shattering 'Your blutooth is ready' is not good.
Also, the 7805 regulator should have 1uf bypass caps on the input and output, also ideally don't grab the DC from the very input but after the input filters often present after the input socket.
Some audio detailing your selections would be really handy.

And safety? Avoid using hot glue on automotive components. This module will become dangling and will short some line. Yes I know it has a 10A fuse, but we all know it burns last ;) It's a sure fire, it's just a matter of time. Always use proper mounting for components.
teyp ton kontrol katı iptal, volume pot iptal, bt sürekli açık, şöför arabaya bindiğinde oto bağlanır telefon konuşmaları için telefonu her açtığında bt/ahize seçimi yapması gerekir. fm dinlerken bt açılırsa sesler üst üste biner vs vs. kaset preamfi yolundan çalışan , daha profesyonel bir proje beklerdik hocam. biraz önce pioneer deh4700 teyp için aynı modülten kullandım CD sesine giriş yaptık teypte orj aux yok. tüm ton kontroller aktif. sadece içeriye sessiz bir cd takılması yeterli. yoruma foto olsa da ekleyebilsek.
amaç sistemi herkes için basit hale getirmek normalde kendim için çok farklı atrenatifler yaparım , ayrıca en kötüyü düşünürsek bir çok senaryo çıkarmak mümkün saygılar .

Fakat bazı kasetçalar lar CD ler gibi kasetin dönmediğini fark edince kaseti geri çıkartırlar. Siz bunu deneme yanılma metodu ile tespit edeceksiniz. Kasetçalar mekaniği ana karttan ayrılabilir olması gerektiği için Kristal ya kablo soketi ile yada Geçme soket ile ana karttan ayrılır. Kablo lu olursa işiniz daha kolay olur. GND şasi (genelde çıplak gövdeli) diğer ikiside L ve R olarak belli eder kendini. Yinede emin olamıyorsanız. Cihaz çalışırken Kristal bağlantı uçlarına tornavida ile tek tek dokunursanız canlı olan uçlardan çozurtulu ses duyarsınız. Buda başka bir tespit metodudur.
