great video - i have the AVH5200 DAB - is this the same way to set it up with the menu system, i have front speakers plus tweeters - two rear speakers in the back of my T5 on the same system and ive bought the Pioneer TS-WX400DA Compact Active Subwoofer with this range of frequency specs - Frequency Response:
    Deep: 20 Hz - 100 Hz / Dynamic: 20 Hz - 100 Hz
    Sensitivity:Deep: 100 dB / Dynamic: 100 dB -
do i have to make any better adjustments than this video as it goes as low as 20Hz for better performance? im a newbie to audio systems so any help with optimal settings would be massively appreciated for my setup

A crossover also known as an LPF or HPF is a filter, that removes some frequencies from the signal that will be played back by a particular speaker. In this case, you want to use an LPF or Low Pass Filter, for your subwoofer. This means only frequencies lower than the LPF will be played back by the subwoofer. That's exactly what you want.
I recommend to put your in-dash receiver in Standard Mode. You can learn more about Standard Mode here: th-cam.com/video/PeH_h8UHzBw/w-d-xo.html
When in standard mode I recommend to set the Front channel HPF at 80HZ with a slope of 12dB per octave. This goes the same for the Rear Channel. HPF set to 80Hz and slope of 12dB per octave. You can see it here: th-cam.com/video/Z86fQryoRVk/w-d-xo.html
Set the subwoofer crossover or LPF to 100Hz, you may want to lower it to 80Hz depending on how things sound for your music in your vehicle. Here is a full playlist of How To videos from Pioneer about NEX similar receivers: th-cam.com/video/ObpKXwrN8us/w-d-xo.html

For Pioneer AVH-EX in dash receivers, with a front, rear, sub set up that is using full range speakers in the front and rear similar to 6.5 inch or 6x9 inch I recommend a high pass filter of 80Hz for both the front and rear outputs. I recommend a low pass filter setting for the subwoofer of 80Hz. The slope for each setting, front, rear, and sub, should be 12 dB per octave. Ok another Q plz , I got 4 speakers in the back ( two in rear doors and two in back ) how I did the TA on rear , should I take the mean space between them or what ?!

Even though the speakers are in the rear of the vehicle, you should be using the Front Outputs, and the Rear Outputs. Each of the front and rear outputs and the subwoofer output has it's own setting for time alignment. Measure the distance from the position of each speaker to the listening position. Enter this number into the Time Alignment settings on the in dash receiver for each individual speaker.

Deckerd Otto Ok may be I explained this wrong , I got 2 speakers in the front , 4 in the back ( 2 in rear doors and 2 in upper deck of the rear seats ) and the sub ofc , so there is 4 speakers attached to the rear output , how I do this TA on the 4 speakers in the back , Did I choose the nearest or the far ones , or make the TA off ?! I am looking for the best TA of all speakers so sounds hard to do ?!

For the purpose of Time Alignment, each group of 2 speakers in the rear, is adjusted as if it were one speaker only. The best you can do with TA is measure the distance to the nearest speaker. If you don't like what you hear, increase the measured distance by a few inches and try again. In this case, instead of using TA, it may be best to use the Listening Position set to the best sounding option for your vehicle. Don't be afraid to sit in your vehicle while you are parked, and experiment with different settings. Take your time and listen to your favorite music, choose what sounds best to you.
