    Thank you so much for this video! I have been struggling a lot physically and mentally with my pregnancy.. it’s hard for me to even get out of bed, eat, drink water, etc, let alone get in some movement but I will DEFINITELY be doing this. I love dancing so this is perfect. Dancing is when i feel the happiest, thank you so much 🤍

      Hi Leslie! I FEEL YOU, and I am sorry to hear it has been a struggle for you! 😔 I am now 15 weeks pregnant and it the past months have been so challenging! The only thing that helped me shift my mood and feel a little bit of happiness was dancing and working out, so I really love that you are feeling that through the workout too!     Sweet lady and cute setup, but I had a really hard time as a beginner. I am currently 6 weeks and almost broke down in tears from not keeping my feet on the beat. This is my 2nd pregnancy after miscarriage trying to stay healthy and mentally well without pushing myself too hard.

    Many interruptions, with the commercial breaks, and music a bit cheesy, but nice effort for the limits imposed by pregnancy, and it works out the arms as well.

      This should be safe for all stages but you could always check with your doctor to make sure she doesn't have any extra conditions that could put her at risk while exercising💓 It is best to listen to your own body and if something doesn't feel right, stop and rest✋
