already commented on this during my third pregnancy and feel the need to do it again at 38 weeks pregnant with my fourth! love this routine and Ashley's intentionality. I did this while I was in labor with my third and plan to continue this routine to relax and prepare for this 4th little babes arrival. Thank you again!
I’m 33 weeks pregnant with my second and have been struggling soooo badly with lower back pain. Any little bit of bending down or picking things up will have me practically bedridden for the rest of the night. I just did this stretch before bed and feel immediate relief in my back. 🙏🏻 Hoping this will help me sleep better tonight, but the instant relief after i finished the stretches makes me so happy! Thank you so much. 🥰🥰🥰🥰I have done this exercise during my 3rd trimester (not everyday but, I tried to find time to do so) and my mucus plug started to come out at 9PM when I was 39w2d pregnant. I got a strong contraction on the next day without water break which I am very grateful about. The contraction started at 3AM and it got faster at 7:00 AM and was fully dilated at 8:00AM. The Dr. broke my water at 9:45AM and I started pushing at 9:48AM. With a relief, my baby boy was born safely at 9:58 AM. 🥰🥰🥰

Thank you Ashley for providing a safe guide for pregnancy excercise. I really have no idea what i would do during my pregnancies without you. I think some other plans that are out there are expensive and not even as challenging. I love doing this plan. This is my second time.

This was THE BEST stretch routine I have found yet! 3rd trimester has me super tight and I got so many kinks and pops out within the first 5 mins, even more than I get out when doing prenatal yoga. Ashley, thank you so much for providing this free prenatal program. This is my first pregnancy. I didn't work out my first trimester because I didn't want to overdue it. I was used to doing Jillian Michaels workouts. I knew I couldn't do those while pregnant due to the intensity. Luckily, I found your plan when I was 14 weeks. I am currently 21 weeks. I feel so strong and looked toned even as I am putting on weight. I haven't missed many days and this is the most consistent I have been with any workout plan. Perfect timing! I was pregnant this time last year but lost our baby on Christmas. I had gotten your prenatal program then but never used it. Praise God I’m due with our next baby this Christmas! Hip pain today made me search for some stretching videos for 3rd trimester and this was perfect! I’ve been much more carefully prepping for labor this time as I’m planning a home birth, but other than chasing toddlers I haven’t done any lengthy purposeful exercising this time around. I hope to keep stretching til delivery as I think it helped my stiffness today!

Hey GlowBody PT what an inspiration you're on many levels. I do have a question. Have you ever had any risk factors in your pregnancy? If so, how did you go about continuing to workout and maintain fitness. Or do you have any advise around this.
Of course people always say talk to your Dr before doing anything.

31 weeks pregnant with twins! And doing this around my 2 year old. This killed! I have been doing your prenatal workout schedule since I found out I was pregnant and have had lots of comments that I look more fit now then before I was pregnant! twin pregnancies are harrrd and without staying in shape with you I think this would be much harder! Such a great stretch workout, currently 34 weeks & really loving the hip & pelvis opening stretches. My pregnancy has gone really smoothly, though occasionally experience right hip & right leg pain, especially when sleeping.

It’s so refreshing to see a yoga/exercise teacher who has a proper full belly … sick and tired of feeling like a blimp with these skinny pregnant women haha. I love that baby girl is hanging with mommy while she prepares her body. This was very realistic as my baby boy is right here trying to do every stretch with me. I did feel a bit discouraged because I haven’t stretched much this pregnancy and at 36 weeks it was so painful and seemed impossible to do some of the stretches. It was a good pain though! Hoping to do this more than once a day if it’s safe. I’m 1 dilated so I’m trying to prepare
Well done babe on doing this with your little boy alongside you! Even *attempting* this at 36 wks speaks a lot to me about your level of character. If you get on the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan next (to zip up your abs, heal your pelvic floor, restore the integrity of your body as a mom) you'll enjoy the Post Pregnancy Mobility Routine in there too (it's a bonus at the bottom of each clickable calendar and gets saved to your personal TH-cam Library so you can watch from your TV too). A lot of other postnatal stretching routines place the body in a position that compromises the abs and makes the ab gap (Diastasis Recti) unnecessarily worse -- this causes a "pooch." Proud of you for taking care of yourself now (do this no more than 3 days per week) and you'll be set up better for labor and pp recovery.
I had my daughter on April 3rd and it was such a fast delivery! I truly believe it had to do with your workouts, especially this video, and preparing my body for labor! So excited to start the post pregnancy plan next month! ❤

Due for delivery, found this exercises and I'm really grateful i did. I'm the workout type but got lazy during pregnancy but with the encouragement from hubby, midwife and siblings I've gone back to my exercises. Actually a first time mom. FTM here! Great stretch & workout video. I had a rough 1st trimester which left me in bed/couch most the day so now 23 weeks in I'm feeling great trying to get my body ready for labor. I just want to tell you I appreciate the videos where you have your kids around because I also do my trainings with my 3 and 2 years old and they get very excited and stay more calm when they see “the little girl, little boy and dogs” when they are not around they keep on asking where they are 😂❤

Thanks this was good. I am 30 weeks and first time pregnancy. I was not doing any exercise during the pregnancy but realized recently that I should try a little. Just wasn't sure about my new limits yet. I will check out more of your video's!

Hi Ashley! I am new here and have been following your prenatal training schedule for only a few weeks. I am almost 30 weeks on my third pregnancy. I would NOT describe myself as the athletic type. haha! I didn't ever do a formal work out until after my first was born (5 years ago). I have focused on low impact work outs (yoga and swimming) due to some health issues. Because of those same issues, I'm usually unable to work out year around. All that to say, I can get discouraged because of the "two steps forward, one step back" nature of my fitness journey. But with third baby on the way, I feel the desire to be as healthy and strong as possible for my children! I'm planning to finish your prenatal training and your recommended videos up to L&D. As a reward for sticking with it, I hope to purchase your 12 week post pregnancy plan. I really want to stick with it even though this is so new to me! I appreciate your videos - your example in mothering and your faith in God are so encouraging.

I am so glad I found your videos a few days ago! I love that you're pregnant and have your kids and animals around during the workouts - it helped me realize I don't have to isolate myself in our exercise room to get a workout done. My only regret is not finding your channel earlier in my pregnancy, or even during my pregnancy three years ago. I am 35 weeks, so I started the 3rd trimester workout plan at 28 weeks since I should have enough time to go through each week before baby#3 is born. I'm also planning on talking my husband into letting me get your post partum plan. I jumped back into full exercise and running with my second baby too quickly and hurt my milk supply, so I've been researching plans to help with that, and I like what I've seen about yours. Thank you for all the work you've put into this, and for offering the prenatal plan free to help women have healthier pregnancies and let us see your style before having to decide on purchasing a plan.
Helen, it's Ashley. Congrats to you on 35 weeks along with your third baby on the way! You nailed it at starting my Free Prenatal Program at Week 28 and not doing something crazy like going back to week 8 or week 12 randomly; smart on you. Also, i love that you embrace real life with kids running amok sometimes - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING UNPROFESIONAL in that! Did this in my 1st pregnancy 2 years ago! Now back here again for my 2nd!🤍🥰 I’ve been a dancer my whole life & now a dance teacher, so I am quite flexible already to where other stretches I’ve tried just doesn’t “get it” for me. This one does!! So I greatly appreciate it!!
I also workout while my kids are playing around so I love that this video was so normal! ❤ Other videos are good too but I workout at home with the little ones while pregnant. 😊 This is motivating that It's okay and you don't have to go to the gym to get some exercise in. ❤❤

I am pregnant with baby #1, so I do not have kids running around when I workout YET, but seeing yours is honestly so motivating. It makes me realize that I CAN workout even when I do have kids. It’s inspiring and I love how calm and focused you stay even when they can get loud. I appreciate you.
Cara, when your baby is 1 he/she will already be "squatting" when they see mama squat. At 2 they will be learning how to hang on a bar, and you'll just have SO MUCH FUN teaching them all of your climbing and obstacle skills from a very young age!

Normally, I don’t usually leave comments, but I honestly need to thank you so much for this exercise. It’s incredibly effective and helpful. I am currently 27 weeks pregnant, and my body feels completely full of gas and acid, making me feel the urge to vomit, and I still need to, even after so many weeks.
This exercise helps a lot in releasing the tension around my hips and legs. Thank you so much, and I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
