Your pregnancy workouts are my favorite out of all the videos I've tried. I like how you go easy because going hard while pregnant makes me nervous so thank you for being realistic and easy going. Hope everybody watching have a safe pregnancy and delivery :)
I was just diagnosed with Gestational diabetes on top of being morbidly obese. I also lost my mom to a heart attack due to diabetes a few weeks before finding out I was pregnant. So basically a fear of mind is somewhat coming true, I’ve been working on a life style change and today for the first time I worked out the full 30mins,I was able to do that! At the end you said “we did it” and I shattered! Yes we did! Thank you for making these videos and helping people from all sides of life. You made it feel like we were right in the same room together and were so patient and kind. I haven’t worked out in years and today, thanks to YOU it happened. Can’t wait to work out tomorrow

My Wife had gestational diabetes throughout the pregnancy this allowed her to keep her blood sugars down after meals and stopped any back pains etc in late pregnancy! I also really enjoyed doing them with my wife! We could not have got through this pregnancy without you! My wife was able to do the exercises well into the 37th week. Baby was born on the 38th week!! Thanks again!
First trimester was rough and made me not want to be active at all until around 23 weeks. I’m 25 weeks now and decided tonight I’ll get moving with some workout videos since I’ve been wanting to hike lately. Let me just say, that released a lot of lower back/hip tension/pain and helped my pelvic area so much. Will be doing this almost every day! Thank you!❤️ This was the most realistic video I’ve looked into and got my heart going without being impossible. If I were to get on the ground like in some of these other videos, I would never get back up 🤣🤣
I LOVED this! 25 weeks pregnant and haven’t really been very active during my pregnancy. Proud of myself for getting through the entire routine, and I feel fantastic now. Going to start with three times and week and see how that goes. Thank you!
I'm currently 8 weeks from having my second child and for the second time I have gestational diabetes. This video has been an absolute lifesaver, it brings my after meal numbers down so well and has definately built up my strength. Thank you!

I am so thankful for your videos! I struggled with my first pregnancy to make my health & fitness a priority and gained 80 lbs with him (also had hypertension during). I am now halfway through my 2nd pregnancy and found your videos and have noticed a huge difference in my energy and how I feel! I love that I always feel like I get a good workout without "overdoing", especially with being pregnant. Currently I've gained at a much steadier weight and do not have any blood pressure issues with this pregnancy and I think it's because of diet and exercise and having a toddler to chase! Your videos are the only one I enjoy because you don't rush through them like some people do! Thank you, Amy!!!!! :)
I'm 18 weeks pregnant and mom of 2 toddlers. Ive never been very active unless its chasing them around. This workout was well thought out and easy to follow, but got my heart pumping! I feel very good after doing it and will continue!

I did this workout since I was 16 weeks and currently I am 39 weeks and 2 days. This workout made me feel great during my entire pregnancy. Now hoping I will go in labor naturally. My hard work should pay hey!! 😁😁😁
@shazna faizer Well, it did not go as planned for me. I had to go through emergency c-section and my baby was underweight. She was 2.43 kgs. I am currently recovering well though. My baby is also doing great, quickly gaining her weight through breastfeeding. My baby was born on the 19/09/2019.
Right now I'm 21 weeks. I was so out of shape due to lack of energy so far. I have finally started working out, walking 30min on treadmill, and 20min of exercise. I work in cleaning, so I have a moderately active job already. Feels good to workout again as I gained a bit of extra weight. Wouldn't want to go above average.

I'm 5 months pregnant and this workout has been a lifesaver for when I have limited time, but when I do have the time for a good prenatal sweat sesh, I just do 4 rounds of the circuit, and it's really a great cardio workout. Thanks for posting!!

I was doing this video constantly when I was pregnant with my first born in winter 2020 (Covid days!) we had a healthy baby girl April of 2021. This helped me so much with controlling my blood sugars. 💖

I am 16w6d and just did this workout for the first time! I enjoyed how easy-going it was but still got me moving! I did a few workouts during my 1st trimester but I REALLY want to kick it into gear during the remainder of my pregnancy! I know that will help so much with the marathon of birth 💪🏽
I'm only 11 weeks but this is the first real exercise I've done since the nausea hit me hard at 6 weeks and coronavirus lockdown came into effect. So thank you for helping me to get my body moving and feel good about myself today!

I love your workouts because they help me stay strong (which means I will be able to move and be comfortable later on) and because they don’t hurt. After doing several other workouts-even when I’m “taking it easy” - will cause severe nerve or muscle pain. This is my seventh pregnancy. Thank you for the help in staying fit.

I was a big time runner and would run almost everyday and workout and I always pushed myself beyond 100 and with morning sickness really bad my first trimester I had to stop working out and not knowing how to stay at a healthy workout level without over doing it is hard for me so this video gets my heart rate up enough and I feel great afterwards :)

My go to pregnancy workout. I've just started to add some side lunges at the end instead of the last exercise to prep for Labour. I'm in my 20th week and it's definitely becoming more challenging as I grow. Thanks 😊

I just start it today as i am at the last day of my third month... and it tells me how unfit i am and how tired i am just after 20 mints... but i manage to do it complete... will continue it.. good to see sweat

Thanks for the great workout! I was very active before my first pregnancy but stopped exercising all together half way through it and since then. I'm hoping this time I can stay active the whole pregnancy and improve my fitness during and after.
Thanks for another great video Amy! I did this workout in my 3rd trimester (39 weeks!) and modified it by going slower or doing the low-impact version you provided. I never worked out at home but during pregnancy your videos have been the best option for me to keep active since I haven't felt like racing to beat the gym crowd or lifting weights.

I just start it today as i am at the last day of my third month... and it tells me how unfit i am and how tired i am just after 20 mints... but i manage to do it complete... will continue it.. good to see sweat

Thanks for the great workout! I was very active before my first pregnancy but stopped exercising all together half way through it and since then. I'm hoping this time I can stay active the whole pregnancy and improve my fitness during and after.

Thanks for another great video Amy! I did this workout in my 3rd trimester (39 weeks!) and modified it by going slower or doing the low-impact version you provided. I never worked out at home but during pregnancy your videos have been the best option for me to keep active since I haven't felt like racing to beat the gym crowd or lifting weights.
