Iska Matlab man sahi raste pe ja raha hu.. actually after long 10 yrs of weight training which actually made me bulky before I decided to change my overall physique and get lean muscle mass . Through this process I completely left weight training and start resistance training which is power twister workout it actually helps me a lot....to maintain the muscle mass and buring fat. Steady-state cardio is also really important for us because in this state body is able to use fat as fuel and approx 80 to 90% energy body use from fat in this stage. 2. In the aerobics exercises body is able to shuttled pyruvate in the mitochondria through the Krebs cycle but if your exercise intensity is high then pyruvate converts into the locate in the sarcoplasm through core cycle. (As per the Nsca-cscs reference book). As strength and condition specialist in can say that steady-state cardio also good for those who want to lose their fat and rest all the points in this is so great and you had explained briefly the importance of muscle training and too good. I am following you because you have great knowledge and have the potential to lead the fitness industry. Keep it up. As per the Nsca-cscs reference book.

This was the problem with me 4.5 years back when I started loosing weight. For continuous 3.5 years I lost the weight but also reduced my muscle mass due to improper guidance, workout and nutrition. Last year I realized that even having a good bmi my fat percentage was almost same. After then I started gaining muscle mass and losing body fat. People should focus on reducing their body fat rather than their weight. One of the best videos👍👍

What I am trying to say is if a person starts to exercise from a sedentary lifestyle then what are the obvious changes that may not be reflected by weight/ fat loss. It is important that we realise that an overweight person may not be totally unfit. This can avoid people getting demoralized due to not seeing the positive effects of exercise reflected by fat loss. I also request you, if possible , to make a video discussing the health benefits of endorphins that increases in levels when we exercise.
