thank you for these, been playing onward online for only a few days as i only played single player and just assumed the game was bad, but i already see instant improvement after watching a load of these.
@18:52 laughing at our mental anguish. but like my 4th time watching this and yes something i wish more teams did *cough cough* defense defense defense!!!!!
having so many possible scenarios to memorise is the IGL calling out coil rotation after loss of defender? if so would there be any emergency procedure for all remaining in case of loss of IGL?, my own biased decision making and overthinking cause my mistakes, ... unlearn list only growing.... d^_^b I love to come back to already seen videos, rethinking them and finding something new to learn...or unlearn :D Thank You
The IGL's primary responsibility is to provide an initial plan and to keep the tent under control. This includes not just telling people where to go and what to do, but managing the team's psychology so everyone doesn't get tilted. What I always tell my guys is that they all need to be mini-IGLs to some degree, since they will lose the IGL during the round frequently. You can't have a team that depends too heavily on their leadership, because that represents a serious leak for a team.
@@ThetaVR mini IGL I ike that, giving player confidence in own decision to act TAG, player is avoiding risk of too passive play ... I;m probably again overthinking it all... anyway thank you for explanation Theta
Wow... wow wow. Why why why do most teams not value this kind of set up practice. This is the very foundation of a great team that can think thru their strategic problems before the pressure is on.
Thank you for your time & tips on youtube & in games. Well appreciated!
My pleasure, thank you for watching.

@@ThetaVR definitely, I’ve always loved your videos even before I was in your discord. And I’m certainly happy that the theta video rationing is over🙂
What's "inveniam viam aut faciam" mean? The thing showed at 0:21
Translated, it means, "I shall either find a way or make one."

What channel can I watch competitive onward on
Can the other team see your teams board? Don’t want them knowing our plans before the game starts
Nope, anything you write on the board is only visible to people on your team.
