Dude, there's a service where you can create lots of virtual credit cards, and set a limit for how much you can be charged on them. The service costs... some amount of money. Also I forget what it is called. But it'd probably totally be worth it just to create a "real" credit card, and see what is lurking behind those paywalls.
According to someone else in the comments, after you put the info it says that the site is on maintenance and that you have to wait for it to come back online, but it never happens.
Or you could just buy a prepaid card, move the money from the card into a PayPal account and then use that to make an account.
There's no point trying. They never do have anything behind a paywall. When the wall is that thick it's obvious they have no real value to give, so they try and get your money before you actually receive anything. (E.g. if they actually had it they could show you the first 5 minutes for free, some form of trial or sample.)

You can pay with the prepaid card through Paypal, using it just like a normal credit card, but you cannot, say, buy a $75 Prepaid card and dump it all to $75 in Paypal Balance unless it's a "Bank Account" and not just a "Credit Card."

Yeah, e621 has a fair share of rough versions of some movies that come straight out of left field, especially in the case of Zootopia. I, for one, am in admiration at Disney's initiative to let Zonkpunch be a guest animator, but I can see why his contributed scene was left out.

For those not in the know, the way the "lie to the user telling them we need their credit card to verify their account even though that's completely fucking unnecessary" scam works is that they SAY they wont charge you, but put a big fat asterisk on there and hide it in a long legal document. Basically, you get "subscribed" to their "service" and it's "free" for the first couple days, but if you don't cancel that shit right away, they will charge you anywhere from $5 to $40 for the "monthly subscription fee" after a couple days, and you'll have to go through your credit bureau to dispute the charge. Serves your dumb ass right for giving out your credit card.
