If you get the LCD panel from third party, just use black stick to wedge off the bezel and remove the panel, either it's screws near the corners or adhesives like Lenovo's new screens. You should put your service tag in Dell support site and click the link for "View product specs" to find the part number for the screen you need and do a web search. 3rd party retailers likely cheaper than from Dell directly.

@@steveparker5804 You are going to have better luck with finding a shop local to you. Cost of shipping laptop both ways will be over $100 just on continental US. Plus cost of screen, probably around $140. This is ignoring labor cost for the repair.
