@RajbirKaur-yx6wv I just saw this. So I ended up not even having time to do any exercise except running here and there for the baby. Knees normalized eventually, but not 100% same like before. I try to stay active, keep moving, wear good shoes so knees don't give out in future as we get older

Hi. I have had patellafemoral pain syndrome for over two years now. Recently, it became so painful I have sought out physiotherapy. Nothing is going to help for it, just a total knee replacement. I have too. I had multiple surgery corrections of the bones and it helped for a few months only. Doing these exercises will worsen it

Obviously, I don't know your specific condition so it's hard to recommend specifics but in general, I normally encourage people to ease into the exercises gradually if they experience pain with the program. Hearing sounds, such as cracking or popping, coming from your knees during exercises like the arc quad and curl can be disconcerting, @shipratyagi9737. It's important to pay attention to your body and take appropriate action if you experience any pain or other symptoms. Since we aren't able to do a physical exam and see exactly what is going on with your knee, I can't for sure recommend what exercises you should do. To make this 10X BETTER?-- simple- add FLEXING to it in the extended position.. extend your leg- and FLEX and hold the flex as hard as you can for 20 seconds or more.. then rest and repeat. It will GREATLY increase your strength with NO chance of injury whatsoever!!

@RajbirKaur-yx6wv I just saw this. So I ended up not even having time to do any exercise except running here and there for the baby. Knees normalized eventually, but not 100% same like before. I try to stay active, keep moving, wear good shoes so knees don't give out in future as we get older

Definitely going to try this.. Im 41 and knees Definitely been bother me annndd i use to hop on and off a box truck for 8 years, havent done that in 3 years since i changed jobs..seens like my legs and knees are so weak now.. i cant even squat without knees hurting 😢

Hi. I have had patellafemoral pain syndrome for over two years now. Recently, it became so painful I have sought out physiotherapy. However, there was a week or two where I could not walk on it and had to put my weight onto my right knee that now hurts also. I'm fairly young at 33 and concerned I have damaged myself permanently. Nothing is going to help for it, just a total knee replacement. I have too. I had multiple surgery corrections of the bones and it helped for a few months only. Doing these exercises will worsen it

Sir, I can't do a full extension range with my left leg when doing (Long Arc Quad), it hurts and just doesn't extend fully, is it because of "Patellar Tendonitis"? Thanks

To make this 10X BETTER?-- simple- add FLEXING to it in the extended position.. extend your leg- and FLEX and hold the flex as hard as you can for 20 seconds or more.. then rest and repeat. It will GREATLY increase your strength with NO chance of injury whatsoever!!

HY..you didn't mention how many times they should be repeated
Hey, @sandhya5810! Reps can vary based on your fitness level and goals, but starting with 10 reps per 3 sets is a good guideline for strength exercises. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.
