Hello dear doctor. Please make a video on how to remove knee pain (synovitis) without pumping fluid out of the knee with a syringe. Is there an alternative to puncture?! Sorry for my English. Best regards - Svetlana.❤
This is excellent! It really works. I've been learning these things for several years and try to practice the synovial fluid swinging every time I think about it, sitting watching tv, standing in the kitchen alternating legs, or getting out of bed in the morning. Shake it out :) You mentioned core strengthening and I'll ad that is key to preventing more knee pain. I'm very conscious of how I use my thighs, abs and especially butt muscles, for standing, walking, climbing stairs. As soon as I feel my knee tightening up, I clench my glutes and activate my calf and thigh muscles.
These are great exercises and you demonstrate them very well! One thing I would recommend is you point out during the squat that you never want your knees to go past your toes. You demonstrate the exercise correctly, but when you are doing it yourself, you may not notice your posture and if your knees are going past your toes.
Thank you so much . I have two bad knees , right one is bone on bone but I have been doing your exercises for about three weeks now and I can really see the difference. I’m not in pain as much and the fluid build up and stiffness is better . I can walk a lot better without hurting . I’m 77 and getting back to being active again . God bless !
I started having issues with my knees last year....I tried 2 of these exercises 💯....really helped me out 😊❤.... you're amazing 💕...thanks for making this video 😊
I love these exercises. A thorough maintenance program for the knees. I get the odd twinge, an keen to start. Have shared with friends. Grateful thanks Dr Rowe 😊🌻🌻
Subbed and Thanks for all your tips.. I have been going through sciatica hell the last few days. Of all the dozens of YT vids I have watched , your advice has been the most helpful. Took me 2 days to get to my computer desk and actually sit in a chair without screaming in pain. The meds help , but I want to work on the root problems so the chance of recurring is reduced. Been through this last year also , and blew L4,5,6, about 7 years ago. The ability to walk is EVERYTHING . Thanks Doc. Pete
love all your videos. They are so helpful and great! Plus how detail and great instruction for us to follow your excercises lessions . i really greatly appreciated👍👍👍👍

You are an Amazing ANGEL ❤ I have had upper back advanced problems due to poor posture and bad habits as I work from home on my laptop and I move very little just around the house which caused me a serious upper back spine and nerves issues I could not sleep anymore as I feel like my back is burning and can hardly turn from one side to the other while sleeping the inflammation wakes me up and ultimately I don't sleep! I have been following your videos for about two weeks now and I feel a bit of relief ! Thank you so much for sharing those Would you be able to share some exercise we can do to strengthen the upper back muscles, please? Thank you!
Thank you so much Doctor for the excellent video. Can these same exercises be done for knee stiffness post knee replacement surgery(bilateral TKR). Been 9 months since the surgery.
Dr Rowe, thank you for the illustration and for helping me! I was stuck in slow traffic for 2 hours and went to a shop and squad to look at something. Soon I was not able to get up and needed help. After that, my left knee got very tight. I came across your video and did the swinging stretches for some time. The next day the tightness left my knee. I was then able to walk for my short holiday. I do have now bone to bone pain and try your exercise using a rolled tower. Found some slight relief and ill continue to work on both knees. Should I wear knee guard?
Dear sir,I am realy like your efforts for instant relief exercises.....my one leg is always feel internally tense...no any symptoms seen outside....but at knee front low part and and toe is suffering...which exer. I can try??
I sing your praises everywhere I go. I never had any knee issues till I took a fall after doing yoga in the dark, and not realizing my foam roller was under my foot when I stood up. My lifelong issue is scoliosis, which is a chronic pain situation. I really can’t remember not being in pain, even through dance and drill team days many, many years ago. Is that pain and subsequent arthritis a type of pain that can be minimized?
2008 i had a broken femur in a motorcycle crash because of a hit and run car driver. Recovery went well but there are maybe two times a year the knee needs stretching. Like a standing heel to butt kick like military calls it. There is one pin on the inner side and two on the outside. The inside always has a minor but painless movement but not a pop. Someone did say it could be removed. Anyway great videos, Doc
Great vid! Your content is very enjoyable and easy to follow along with! Quick question - When I sit, I typically put my left foot under my right knee and let my right foot dangle. Up until about a year ago, this didn't cause any problems, but lately, if I sit like that for more than fifteen minutes, my left knee locks up and causes blinding pain when I unfold the left leg. Will these exercises help with that, or do you have a different recommendation?
Hey @drrowe does this work for knee arthritis? My grandma has pain in her knees and MRI image shows that there is friction in the knee bones due to loss of cartilage I assume, and I want any exercise to help her so would this kind of exercise work?
Hi, what can i do for a meniscus tear that came with lcl, acl and pcl injuries? I have been bedridden for 3 weeks on the doctor's recommendation and my knee's been pretty much motionless throughout this time, but it's still unhealed, a little painful and swollen, and getting stiff. How can i start moving it slowly and encourage it to heal after three weeks of no motion?
I have bone on bone and my knees bend out like im bull legged. My legs are not straight anymore I’ve been told I have to have both knees replaced. I don’t want more hardware. I have hardware from C2-C7 already from breaking my neck
Tore my ACL and Meniscus about a year ago and went through surgery. Its now at the point where i dont feel stiffness as much but once in awhile itll happen. Any other exercise/practices you recommend for knee injuries like this or arthritis in the knee?

What about Rheumatoid arthritis that attacks the synovial fluid can you help us there please?😢😢😢 1:46
Hey Dr what are your thoughts on knee replacements? Is it a last resort sort of thing or is it advised to do if you're feeling alot of pain everyday.
Personally, I view them as a last option if everything else has failed (i.e. physical therapy).
I've heard other chiropractors say if you can still walk that means it's not "bone-on-bone" pain and is treatable.
Try looking into PRP first. It can really help coupled with physical therapy. Surgery should always be last resort.

Make sure you're on the in-swing side of the door, so the latch is not taking all the strain...
