    Thank you so much! I’ve been saving your videos for a couple of months now. Today was the first one I did. I was in great shape in my 20’s and most of my 30’s. I’m 42 now and without going into it (you know, life happens and it hurts inside and out), I’ve been trying to find ways to get back in shape that are fun and don’t feel like I’m literally going to die. This workout was great! I was able to do it right in my bedroom then take a shower. I worked up a sweat but, I didn’t feel like I was going to throw up! Thank you so much for offering these videos! I can’t wait to try more!

    Thank you so much for these workouts. I've been having the hardest time because I'm so used to having my gym time for my workouts, and it's really hard for me to do at-home stuff because I like having my separate space to workout in, but these videos have made it much more bearable to workout at home, and I appreciate all the thought you put into the modifications and the explanations. Keep up the good work!

    Thank you so much! I've been following you already years ago. Than I started to go to the gym and stopped doing the workouts at home. No in times of Corona /COVID-19 when gyms are closed in Germany it ist so helpful to really get high quality workouts! Love it!

    Thanks so much for your workouts! This one was great! Perfect for me to do while the little ones are sleeping since it’s not too long, but also not too short. I’ll have time to squeeze in a shower, which is much needed after working up that sweat! I started following you about two months ago when I decided I was ready to get back into working out after having my two kids. The youngest just turned two and I still have diastasis recti so I absolutely love how you offer modifications to accommodate for that but it’s still challenging. Anyway, love your workouts and am so glad I found you so I can get back in shape without feeling discouraged that I can’t do all the moves!

    So thankful for your workouts! I'm almost into my third trimester (baby #4!) and I'm quite active. I often find prenatal workouts too easy. This one was wonderful because it was for everyone with added prenatal modifications added in. I'm pretty sure I've done all the ones you have. I'm also a huge fan of kettlebell stuff! Thanks!!!

    Amy I've followed you for years and I love you workouts could you please make a challenging prenantal workout I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and have always followed ur pregnancy vidoes I've just been in a slump being pregnant during this eipidemic i haven't found my motivation I just KNOW a new prenatal video would be just what I needed lol ;)
