I just recently picked up the xle trim love the leather interior way better in my opinion
LE all the way. All the extras do not make sense on a car with 138 hp. Just one guys opinion.
Why such a difference in mileage? Wider tires in the SE?
I prefer more in-stock product available on the lot. Toyota hybrids are hyped with little product actually for sale... Meanwhile ... more BZ4's - those full e-models no one is buying - keep coming in. 🤡
I want 16's ! A Corolla isn't a race car, larger diameter wheels are just a fashion statement that raises the cost of replacement tires and reduces mpg.

I think I actually like the physical gauges compared to the screen in the XLE. The red seats are cool, too.

Great enhancements all around. The LE upgraded wheels are a huge improvement over the 15" hubcaps. I'd like the SE's exterior, the XLE's interior and moonroof at the LE's price. Enjoyable video - you're a funny guy - thanks!
Toyota is putting 10k mark ups on the xle
It’s interesting that the SE has the more stylish exhaust, especially when other brands are hiding the exhaust on their hybrids.
I like SE exterior. XLE has better interior, and features, but no AWD is a deal killer. Was excited to buy one, but after months of not being able to find one to buy and looking at disappointing interior, now have to give serious consideration to impreza or crosstrek.
Is Blindspot standard on XLE.. Hybrid. Thanks for your info.
The one with cloth seats. I usually pick the maximum options as long as it has cloth seats, so I guess I would go for a LE with Premium package in Celestite over black. Celestite and Moon Dust (Highlander) are my two favorite Toyota colors.
What’s the reason you prefer cloth?
@@user-ij7oj1up5w Pure comfort, it breathes better; living in south Florida, vinyl seats (SoftTex) burns my skin and makes me sweat. Even with having the A/C set to 68F. Never had issues with cloth seats, always with vinyl and leather.
@@user-ij7oj1up5w I prefer cloth too. I hate the stickiness of leather and how it gets hot in the sun. I once had a Toyota pickup with cloth seats and they were soft and comfortable. They didn't get hot either. Most importantly, 10 years later, they looked as good as new. No stains. No discoloration, and I wore blue jeans every day. I was dumbfounded how Toyota did this. You're not going to get this with leather seats.

Own a ‘23 SE AWD in Underground color. The SE has a black headliner instead of the ‘rental car gray’. This significantly raises the interior sportiness feel. Wish I could say the same thing about my Camry Trd in the same Underground color but with a ridiculous gray headliner like other Camrys.
Im shopping the Corolla hatchback, bummer there’s no hybrid model for that one
It’s a bummer that the SE isn’t available with heated seats, even on the AWD made for snowy areas. I can understand the LE not having them, but it’s a pain to get aftermarket heated seats.
Just buy a Milwaukee heated jacket. You can even plug it into the car where it dont run off batteries.

Hey, I have a XLE here in Costa Rica, the only difference is the screen, the one they bring here seems to be an older version and not this very nice one. Currently having issues connecting my Iphone 14 PRO which is not being recognized, already went with the dealer here but unfortunately there is no firmware update as of now from Toyota. I´ll just buy a CarLink 5.0 port to fix that, so far I´m loving the car and it´s economy.
BTW here they do not include the seat back USBs and the moonroof. Unfortunately here taxes are very high (49% for cars) so those extras would highly increase the price of the car. I paid here 34,600 (yes, taxes sucks here)

Like the SE but i also like the gage cluster on the XLE. But the price of the XLE makes want the prius though (save about $800 or so)

They definitely did some money saving attempts with this mid cycle refresh. The LE (non hybrid) doesn’t even get the new head light design. It just has the same “triple j” as the original. LE has always had “fake” non working trim lights but at least they had the same-ish design. Secondly, the LE-XLE had the mesh under grill, now they all have that horizontal slat design that looks like all the all base model Corollas from like 2014-2019.
Unfortunately the prices listed here do not match the prices listed on the Raleigh dealership website.
There's a difference between an exhaust port and a tailpipe. Exhaust Port is found on the cylinder head
I chose the base LE with hub caps but came with the lcd cluster.
how'd you get the lcd? I'm interested to see how the 2024 LE AWD hybrid I just reserved will end up looking in the end.
It should have powered seats on SE. And digital like xle.
Why didn’t they use the 2.0L like they started back in 2020 ? From my understanding they discontinued the 1.8 in 2020 for non hybrid models ? Right ?

Are there different seat options? I've found lower trim cars come with crappy seats. It's almost punishment for not buying a more expensive vehicle.
Does anyone know why some 2023 Corolla le models have push start and others have the key start?

They need an XSE hybrid.. The SE looks so good and the XLE looks so bad but the XLE has all the features and the SE has.. the basics.

I decided to go with the SE AWD
My issue with hybrid vehicles in general is the unpleasant grabby braking feel. So I would just get the Corolla LE gasoline model.
We have 2 Toyota, a 2023 4Runner (mine) and a 2022 Rav4 Hybrid (wife's). I don't really see a difference with the brake pedal feel when I drive her Rav4, once every couple weeks when I go fill it up. Maybe the earlier generation were bad, but the new ones are really smooth and fun to drive.

LE HYBRID fwd doesn't have the grubby brakes on that model. Motortrend or car and driver was the one that made that comment.
It is called a sun roof. A moon roof is only available for the rear seat area.
