@@tasneemmajid8829 sorry i stopped in between. As i said i have done this exercise two years back. Ome month i lost 3 kg. So 3 months almost 10 kg. With normal south indian home food. Just avoided sweets completely and fried food.

I am doing this excercise twice in a day.
In the morning after 30 min of morning walk and in the evening after 30 min of evening walk
Also I am following healthy diet and I have stopped eating street food junk food fried food .
I am loosing 2 kg in a week.
2 weeks ago when this workout was not in my daily routine I was able to loose only 1 kg in a week.
But now after including this workout in my daily routine the fat burning process has increased two times faster than before.
2 kg in a week not a matter of jokes....

Without exaggeration this is THE best exercise out there.. it's challenging no matter how long you have been doing it, which is great.. it has warmup, it has stretching, it has water break.. it's doable yet challenging.. it's designed in a perfect way.. I attempted this exercise years ago and couldn't able to walk for two days😂.
I started it again yesterday in an attempt to lose weight. I want to go from 63 kg to 45 kg. I will inform you all on my progress.
03/12/23 -> 63 kg
I have been continuing this & results are really satisfactory.
17/02/24 -> 57 kg
God .... Same.... 2021 i did it for 4 weeks. First week itself lost 2 kgs, then nothing. My ankle started hurting badly so i stopped after a few months i did ... But not regularly. Starting again now. First 7 days we need to do this without much effort, with ease. I do 4 instead of 8 times. Then we'll get used
