There’s no coach, but bear in mind, that if you like this video, you can do modified versions of the exercise to make it easier on yourself. For instance, don’t do any of the jumping, but maybe just raise up on your toes when Bipasha says jump.

Working out, is for toning, not for losing weight. You need to be eating at a calorie deficit in order to experience weight loss.
