- As Nathan Drake’s adventures come to an end in Uncharted 4, he must face his final challenge, however, he won't do it alone. Today 12 TH-camrs react to the ending of Uncharted 4 to see what comes of Nathan and his brother Sam as they complete the final task of Captain Henry Avery’s ship and search for its treasures. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is still considered a modern masterpiece by critics to this day, five years after its release. Taking place three years after Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, the game finds Nathan Drake leaving the world of fortune-hunting behind. Despite the fact that Nathan was going through his own difficult life, fate intervenes when his brother reemerges asking for his help to save his life and offering to take Nathan on a voyage he can no longer refuse.

Gamology please stop this series. Nobody really likes it except for a few that I assume it's the "gamers" their selves or your own staff forced to like in order to push content.
That emptyness Nathan and Sam feels after completing an adventure.. I mean, the guys who made this game knows EXACTLY what they were doing there.. speaking directly to the heart of the person with the controller. The emptyness you feel after completing this game.. like, "there will never be anything to match this, how will I ever enjoy another game again?"

This game was like playable great hollywood movie. the story wasn’t just about treasure hunting but about the characters had conflicts cause they’re still human that had daily human problems.

No shame in that! It's the least you can do when you watch a great series present its last scenes , knowing that the great character with whom you came all this way , is about to go on with its life , and that you will never see it again

Probably the best boss fight in the uncharted games. I like how the music starts to get louder and more energetic the longer the fight goes on.
2:05 well that's the point bc Nate also didn't care about it in the end so the game had to non-dramatize the reveal. the mission was just to save the real treasure, Sam
The scene where they show the scary mountain and play the beautiful music on the final chapter after the boss fight and Sam and Nathan escape always make me shed a tear…. It’s so beautiful

Just finished Uncharted 4 about the same time of upload and I can agree; it’s one of the best gaming experience ever.
Love how Gab compared it to the Goonies because the whole time I played this game I got that vibe, especially towards the end.
The ending of this game made me tear up ngl. Like knowing we’ll never play as Nate again

Dang! I thought I was the only one that starting playing the Uncharted series. Just recently beat Uncharted 4 on my first playthrough on Crushing Difficultly.
Uncharted 2 got me on Play station. What a journey it’s been since.
I completed the game few days ago and I'm still kind of sad that it ended
I always tear up at nate’s theme now.
I played this game for the first time maybe a month ago. Two weeks after completing it, I played through it again. I really enjoyed this game.
I feel like this game gets undeserved hate man. I think it takes everything from the previous games and does it SO much better. A beautiful piece of art imo

Uncharted series was one of the greatest storytelling in game. They concluded Nate's journey beautifully, I hope they don't get greedy and wanting to bring him back again, at least not as a main character.
Too bad they fucked up the adaptation, this series had so much potential for a TV adaptation.

what i don't get is why people are acting like the treasure is lost. the mountain is more or less intact, meaning the inside didn't get buried and even if it did it wouldn't be much if you look back how hollow the mountain is. it's nuts to not go back. even by returning in vacation there every year and blow the thing little by little the fortune is assured.

In a modern day where games usually have sad, bad, depressing, unknown, cliffhanger endings. Uncharted 4 finally breaks the mold and took the initiative to put in an ending where it's worthwhile and an end that is literally, the end for the protagonist in a positive form. Where the hell did Naughty Dog trip up with TLOU2?
Well they wanted dark story with bad ending its sad but it was they wanted so thats what we got
Uncharted 4 and tlou2 are completely different games though, uncharted is more light hearter whereas tlou is grounded in reality and shows the realities of our world, unsatisfying ending does not equal bad, maybe you didn't like it but many people including myself enjoy those types of stories

Rafe has everything he can possibly buy, but is jealous of a thief who had explored places he wish he put a name for himself. Rafe is like Nate in a way because they both this desire to get something they want, but are never satisfy. Nate finally found something, and that conflicts with Rafe's desire.
