Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a 2020 action-adventure game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Based on the Marvel Comics superhero Miles Morales, it is the second game in the Marvel's Spider-Man series, following Marvel's Spider-Man (2018).
In the latest adventure in the Marvel’s Spider-Man universe, teenager Miles Morales is adjusting to his new home while following in the footsteps of his mentor, Peter Parker, as a new Spider-Man. But when a fierce power struggle threatens to destroy his new home, the aspiring hero realizes that with great power, there must also come great responsibility. To save all of Marvel’s New York, Miles must take up the mantle of Spider-Man and own it.

I'm kinda late but in the comics this game exists and Peter went to another dimension to join the spidervese fight! Which he can't talk most because he's busy fighting! It's pretty Badass definitely should check it out!

This ending is the reason I always play in the story costumes, the others just look silly or don't make sense with all the seriousness and drama going on. I was literally laughing when Miles had the scarf and hat on, like I'm gonna save Harlem in my winter best ya'll!

I did it in the Uptown Pride suit. Made it feel like the side missions, saving thise people, making all those friends, actually meant something. My Miles wears that suit to feel like he's actually making a difference

A lot of people don't realize that Spider-Man is never not pulling his punches. When Doc Ock's mind was in control of Peter Parker's body a few years back, he unintentionally punched the Scorpion's jaw clean off and realized just how much power his adversary had been repressing all those years. Spider-Man once benched an entire plane as it was falling and has had buildings fall on him. Miles even defeats Rhino twice in this game, once normally and again once he's become immune to the thing that gave him an edge in the first place. And he had the advantage against Phin because the programmable matter was vulnerable to his bioelectricity, but he was trying to get through to her the entire time, not hurt her. He even kept trying to convince her that they were on the same side. He doesn't want to hurt anybody, but especially not someone he considers family.
Also, by the same logic, Peter should've been able to defeat Doc Ock with one punch in Spider-Man 2. But he didn't because he wasn't trying to seriously hurt him. Likewise with any other version, including the previous game.

A perfect example of the saying "Better to die a hero, than to live on as a villain". Not sure if that's how you are supposed to say it but it's how I say it.
No it's "Die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain."
Problem is Phin already became that villain and refused to see it.

My favourite bit of this is the line “That guy? That’s our Spider-Man!”
It felt a lot like those scenes from the Peter Parker Spider-Man films in which the people of New York come to his defense and cheer him on. I was glad to see Miles have a moment like that for himself, especially since he's more the "friendly neighborhood" Spider-Man these days, seeing as the scope of Peter's responsibilities has grown exponentially since he was Miles' age. And it's especially moving to see it in the form of a Spider-Man who's a vital part of the community in both identities, whereas Peter was more of a social recluse (not to be confused with the brown recluse spider). Plus, Miles was as much a person of two worlds with his secret identity as he was with his mixed heritage, so that's another great layer to it. I can't wait to see how the two Spider-Men play off each other and how the city engages with them in different ways in the next game.

Yeah I felt super sad when she died, I still can't get over it. Yeah she did do bad things, but her intentions were good. She was just clouded by revenge. That flashback moment before the big fight with Phin is gonna so much harder to play through😞
She was willing to work with terrorists who kill people, she was as at least as dishonest with Miles as he ever was with her, she never listened to reason and never stopped beating on Miles. So I say good riddance, and no she didn’t die a hero, she just fixed about half of what she caused

Not only did Miles have to watch his best friend die, but she wasn't even evil. Nothing she did was to be the evil supervillain. Everything she did was out of love for her brother, her city, and hate for Krieger. She just wanted to make sure that Nuform and Roxxon couldn't hurt anyone ever again. She never wanted to hurt innocent people

The last scene almost makes me tear up, love phin and her relationship with miles. He lost his sister man, even after all she did, he never stopped caring for her, loving her
I tear up at the end everytime cuz phin has ptsd from seeing her brother die and she is literally seeing another brother die the exact same way. That shit gets me. TO THIS DAY
I had to hold back tears in the part where they gave back his mask and protected him from the media.... Cause it was like the scene from Spiderman 2. I was like fight it fight it.

I'm surprised at the ending no one drew parallels to the train scene in Spider-Man 2. Whoever wrote the dialogue and script to this game is a fan of the comic books and the movies.

All those moments where phin was holding miles as they were falling and as she sacrificed herself and the little dialogues while she was fighting miles all tugged at my heart strings😭😭😭
I never realized how satisfying it'd be to see Miles, Rio, and Aaron all standing together as a family like they were in that one moment, least of all with two of them in-costume. It's especially rewarding after Aaron told Miles how telling them the truth about him cost him his family and Miles telling him that family isn't good enough at this point. But in the end, he had his family to back him up. And in the end, Phin was a part of it once more (and immortalized in their memory).

this final cinematic was definitely one of the best cinematics in all of gaming history
I know some of you guys probably hate Phin's behaviour. But there's something you should know, that hatred, anger and rage can be too strong that we loose our ability to clearly of what we're actually doing. She did come through to the end, however at a cost of her life to make amends.
We must take note that we can't let hatred and anger blind our judgement for what is right or wrong.
I actually like Phin, and I understood her motive, reasons, and Vengeance. She became my new addition of my favorite villains of comic and video game history.
I never hated phin to begin, I honestly understood how she felt and it was always sad to me when I heard her little dialogues during the fight with miles like how she said “you were the one person I needed on my side”
Nah i didn't understand her at all. I actually didn't care for her or her brother. In fact i clapped when she died because fuck her. You really going to let hundreds of people die just because your brother died?!! Yes i know there family and blah blah but that does give you the right of killing hundreds of innocent people. Not to mention earlier in the game when fisk was trying to take back control of Harlem he was doing it by kicking people out of there homes and property and making people homeless and guess what would of happen if this so called "I'm trying to get revenge vigilante" successed A: underground would get all the credit and notarie they wanted and B: fisk would get exactly get what he wanted. He will move right on in without resistance. In fact i wouldn't be surprised if underground and fisk's men started fighting each other causing another gang war with roxxn probably getting involved too. Not to mention say miles got evidence on roxxn and generic villain. People won't listen because why should they listen to said evidence when hundreds of innocent people died and lost there home to fisk and underground. They'll be like nah your lying or they'll turn against miles. They say she's a supposed genuis well your use your brain knucklehead unlike finn miles knows how to use it. God I'm glad i didn't pay anything for this because she sucked not only as a character but as a friend and a sister. But glad she won't be in the second game. Again you could argue the same thing for yuri but unlike her. Her own men were getting killed there families probably threatened and or killed themselves and she couldn't do anything about it. None of her bosses listen to her and it was only a matter of time before she said fuck it and took the matters into her own hands. Was she in the wrong?! oh 100% but at least it didn't involve innocent people. For her it's like how many of my men my own people must i bury before this bloody war is over. Again good game but weak characters didn't care for anyone expect for miles friend and weak story too. 7/10

As much as i hated phin, her death made me develop of fondness now. She’s not telling just miles to let go but herself. She’s ready. It was such a good end.

He survived a fall, from several hundred feet up, which means he would've been moving at terminal velocity when he hit the ground.
That is some bad ass shit
He also beat the shit out of someone with badass programmable armor and weapons, fought basically a walking tank twice, and obsorbed basically a nuclear bomb
Finished the story last night on PS4 smh Best story I've played in so long, had to see how others reacted lol glad to see I wasn't the only one completely in awe! Masterful Game! Absolutely can't wait for the next installment!

She probably would've at least considered that Miles is telling the truth about the reactor, given her line "I'm not gonna let you lie to me again" when he tries telling her at the start of the fight
