Hello, thank you for this insightful video. Could you recommend some good source of lists which would clearly and easily help to understand which type the FODMAP saccharides is in the high FODMAP food? Without it is really hard to apply what you recommend... And the sources also quite differ. So this would be the most important thing to solve for the IBS ppl. Some reliable source of this information to use, if to apply.
