  • Why your chronic low back and butt pain won’t go away, and 3 exercises to help lengthen your gluteus!
It’s not all about strengthening your gluteus! There are too many times I see patients with lower back and butt pain, sciatica and piriformis syndrome who are doing way too many clamshells and fire hydrant exercises.
Sometimes, our gluteus and body actually need more SPACE, LENGTHEN, and MOBILITY.
There is a time for strengthening, but mobility might be the missing piece to your puzzle!

Hi Kim!! YES, definitely try these out! So many people have so much tension in their gluteus because they are doing way too much gluteus strengthening! But its so important to have space and mobility and openness in the back of the pelvis!
