I am 26 i did a wrong shoulder exercise one yr back then i started having breathing issues and i went throigh severe diaphrgam spasms few months back .I was prescribed Nsaids muscle relaxants and i am also and had nerve impingement pain it feels like a cold tingling pain alongwith naisea diarrhoea etc .When i sleep my muscles move at rest and its not to easy to tell .Kindly yess advise the exercise for this i also feel pain in my shoulders hands due to nerve pain .These days i have less pain but still dull yet comfortable enough chronic pain in my back
@@Krthik462 Actually almost one and half yr back my shoulder exercise went wrong i had shoulder winging issue it later i did some wrong aerobic exercise though i am expert in doing tough exercises and be doing since teenage but my exercises never went wrong but when it goes wrong exercises do cause problems.I for the first time tried facial exercises which went a bit wrong did aerobic one it caused issue in my breathing i started having pain in my chest and redness to my face region .Later all of sudden my body went into spasmic state and my diaphrgam muscles actually got affected while my shoulder muscles already got distrbed it started from shoulder and facial exercies then with continuation my chest myscles got affected and pain in breathing was since 5 6 months follwed by spasms for which i got muscle relaxants and IV drips .Nerve impingemet was due to extreme spasms i felt as if my chest muscles were not expanding well while breathing .I had been on bedrest and medications since a yr now much much better Thank God even i had to push my jaw a bit backwards forcefully to compensate my airway while spasm i was feeling severe pain in breathing but my moving jaw back its a bit better My posture is a bit affected neck and head still feels painful at times when i sleep at a sharp head angle .I dont know how to define but literally my whole body got affected at a time and i felt having signs of muscle inflammation the pain was due to that.My muscles of face expression also got a bit affected with forehead and eyemucles being affected i feel heaviness of mucles on my face
