Thanks for this low impact workout Joe. After suffering a horrid calf strain last week on a short run (I was doing so well). I've been so down with myself as I'm also suffering bad headaches/tinnitus . However doing this has made me feel that in my early fifties I WILL NOT get down. You're a great bloke Joe, thank you.
Really like the fact you now tell us the exercise coming up next. Still can't put body weight on my wrist after the operation, so I have time to think how to modify the exercise if necessary 😊👍

I’m sure the clock slows down on the sumo pulse! This flew by again. Note for future, there’s no cardio at all in this. It’s a great workout for the legs. Thanks so much Joe x
