    ang original na lutong laing ay hindi ginigisa ang mga rekado at hindi hinahayaan na kumulo na lng ang gata.

      Ganon q magluto at d rin q naggigisa. Lahat ng ingredients sibuyas, bawang at luya ay nasa ibabaw ng dahon g gabi at kung may kasamang tangkay ay yun ang nasa ilalim at naka ibabaw ang dahon dahil medyo matagal maluto ang tangkay o katawan ng gabi. Pde rin isabay na sili at bagoong tapos pakuluin sa malabnaw na gata. Pde rin gumamit ng isdang bagoong yung bones kung ikaw ay may allergy sa alamang. Pag halos tuyo na yung kumukulo na malabnaw gata ay pdeng ilagay na yung una o malapot na gata at hayaang kumulo hanggang sa maluto. Yun po palang tangkay ng gabi ay kailangan balatan mabuti dapat said ang balat dahil pag may natira kahit konting balat at nakxain mo yung part na yun ay yun ang makati kaya walang connection ang paghahalo sa kati ng gabi

      Dapat haloin ng haloin ang gata pag kumulo na saka palang ilalagay ang dahon ng gabi at takpan, pag bumaba na ang dahon saka pa Lang baliktarin. Kung saka ang pag halo padiin din Lang.

    Mukhang masarap, lslong masarap kung inuna mong iginisa ang baboy hanggang magbrown para hindi kitangkita yong taba, suggestion lang for next time.

    fresh pa nga yang Dahon ng Gabi mo e
    samen sa Bicol Talagang Dry na Dry Wala ng kati kati hindi gaya dito sa Manila Ang kati ng laing dahil minsan Fresh pa yung dahon .

    Depende yan sa uri ng gabe mayroon talagang makati kahit di mo halo haluin. At meron namang kahit halu haluin mo di kakati.. at depende sa pagluluto . makati yun pag di marunong nagluto.

    Kung pala walang baboy ay pde rin dilis ang ihalo pero iiluto muna bago isahog para d malangsa at ilalagay lang ang dilis pag luto na gabi para d madurog dilis

    You said bicolano style my parents are from Albay hindi sila naggigisa ng ginataan and even alamang I don't see them using alamang and fyi dapat walang sabaw, always tuyo ang ginataan ng bicolanos, research ka muna bago ka magtutorial ng certain recipe magrereact sau mga bicolanos.
