    Totoo hindi makati yan friend kasi niluto mo ng husto sa GATA. Ang mantika ng GATA ay tinutunaw ang calcium oxalate content ng taro.

      ARROZ CALDO
      INGREDIENTS:
      SOAK RICE:
      1 cup - GLUTINOUS RICE
      1 cup - RICE
      1 tsp - salt
      1 tsp - olive oil
      3 cups - water
      SAUTE | SIMMER:
      3 tbsp - olive oil
      1/3 cup - garlic
      1/2 cup - ginger
      1 tbsp - spicy chilis
      1 cup - shallots
      800 grams - FRESH CHICKEN (rub with 2 tbsp salt)
      2 tbsp - fish sauce/patis
      1 tsp - ground black pepper
      ***soaked rice (drained)
      ***soaked water
      12 cups - water
      2 tsp - safron
      1 tsp - chicken powder
      ***garnish with spring onions
      Serve with: hard boiled egg, top with fried garlic & spicy chilis, squeeze calamansi juice & season with Fish sauce
      Cooking Time: 1 hour
      Serving: 6+ people

    For more info...meron talagang gabi na kahit anong gawin mong luto ay talagang makati😂😂kasi nga lumaki siyang makati😂🤣meron din talagang hindi makati🤣🤣in short depende sa nabili mong gabi na makati or hindi makati😂😂 ulam ko yan parati hanggang sa nagbinata ako sa bikol

    Hindi ako naglalagay ng suka saka tanglad ang gamit ko imbis na luya. Bawal ilagay ang sili labuyo at bagoong alamang ang nilalagay ko. May evap milk pa😮? Ibang sa pagluto ko na gustungusto ng mga anak at apo ko pati kapitbahay.

    hindi talaga makati ang dahon ng gabi na pinatuyo na dahil nasa dagta yung kati niya. try mo magluto ng bagong harvest na gabi tignan ko kundi mapapalundag lundag ka sa sobrang kati. saka bakit ang daming sila na nilagay mo? makakain pa ba yan?

      galing Pilipinas pa ang mga naka pack na laing na nabibili namin dito sa HongKong Elma. Kadalasan ay amoy tabako ito pag hindi nabanlian sa tubig. Malamang ay dahil sa hindi na ito kasing sariwa gaya ng mga nabibili diyan sa Pilipinas❤

      wala naman na itong sabaw, after 30 minutes lang matapos itong maluto, nasipsip na ng dahon lahat ng sabaw nito
