True - Everything (Food , beverages etc )consuming under limited amount is good for health. I have seen my grandfather military retired , he was taking only 2 teaspoons or 40ml alcohol once in a week 😊. Lived till the age of 90 😊. He is very disciplined and systematic according to his routine. Taking headbath alternate days , Small portion of meat alternate days , walking at least 3 KM a day 😊. Deep sleep 😴 from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM 😮. I tried all the above except Alcohol but literally not able to follow more than a week due to corporate culture 😂😂😂. That’s the reality 😊.

i am 58 year old male..had mild heart attack five years ago and have one stent in my heart..i am healthy as i do walk everyday for half an hour and do light loosening exercises and pranayama breathing...i was told not to do push ups immediately after my stent placement..after that i have never given importance to that..today when i saw dumbell my old thoughts rekindled as i used to work out for one year 25 years ago...can i start dumbells straightaway or should i ask my doctor? please adivse.
