Doctor, i have been in karate & archery at school from 6th - 12th. After joining clg in coimbatore i didn't focus on excercise and food. I drastically put down weight like my hip size reduced 2inch. And in pic i look like skeleton with some muscles on joints. I fear of knock knees - as when i stand stright my knees are internally deviated/rotated. (Slightly not to the extent of total cross) Can you pls put an video of how naturally reverse this condition. And improve my physic.
hi dr, i am 42 year old ...i am in to fitness for the last 15 years ...and my nutrition intake also to an extent good..no alcohal or smoking, i work in front of the computer for 7 to 8 hrs per day on an average...in the last few months i get muscle spasm frequently on my upper back n traps ...i did take MR tablets couple of times...all theses years i did not had theses problem...i am not sure ..if my postures were wrong ? is it something to do with age ? am doing strength training for almost a decade ...pls through some light on muscle spasm
